It might be feasible to run it with just three Dominance laser scatterguns. You get around 18 seconds of ammo with full power to shields. Compard to the Mk2, less might be more? Otherwise you can install the ball turret for more dps and get around 12 seconds of ammo. You my friend are the best unpaid salesman CIG could ever hope for! Lol Cheers man! o7
And I did say in the video that this ship has 1 size 2 powerplant, but I didn't mention the FC MK I, including the tracker, it only got 1 size 1 powerplant, so putting weapons on the tracker or adding turret, must consider the power output, but this you can always check on Erkul.
@@cpt_foxyloxy Erkul for the win for sure! With a JS-300 you have power to spare. The only odd thing was when I changed the nose gun, the S2 Varipuck disappeared and I couldn’t attach a new one. And that nose port doesn’t accept an S3 Varipuck, although Erkul says it does. But it isn’t an issue for me, as I don’t use those gimbals anyway. Three size 3 guns means you can effectively run energy loadouts with some ammo. The Dominance laser scatterguns were fun, but they are so energy efficient you might as well add the ball turret. You will hardly ever run out of capacitor, even when all power is set to shields. Going to try with three M5A’s, Omnisky IX’s and Panthers. They all seem feasible. If it doesent bother you , can you test other balestics on them to see the result ? I would be glad if you test them, also if there is a difference between the ships in this case ,it could be a fantastic content for you .❤❤❤❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I’d say the only genuinely unique use of a MK7A Mk 1 is to snag its top turret for the Super Hornet, giving you one of (sadly) the most viable two seaters atm. The SH may be the worst Hornet, but at least for the rest of 3.23, that still makes it absurdly good. The M7A Mk I’s C4-163F still fits on the SH (but not any of the other MK I’s) and can’t be bought. Not sure that’s worth $1,000 or how ever much you’d find an F7A Mk I on grey market these days.
Have had these as loaners over the years, never actually flown nor owned one, and dont expect that to change, along with the other 3 stooges: Retaliator/Cat and Cutlass, 4 ships ive always loathed. interesting nonetheless. Kudos
You forgot to mention that all hornets got a significant signature increase. For most of the ships it's 100% for base. The ghost had 60%. But now after patch they though "oh it's the signiture that's making it strong. So they set all the hornets to 113% EVEN THE GHOST. The GHOST STEALTH ship has worse than average sig
Yes I've noticed this in the beginning of the patch, some say this is just a bug (for the ghost), so I am waiting to see what CIG will do or fix in this patch or in the .2 patch.

I have an F7A mk 1 in my asop but I’m not sure why. I’ve always wanted the ship but yea not sure why I have it. Wish it would stay in my hangar but I know I’m not that lucky

The F7A is available as a perk of the Imperator sub, but the only ones who *own* it are the holders of the old 2013 Veterans Day upgrade kits. Good luck getting one for less than $800.
You cant pledge for it. About 10 years ago CIG sold a cosmetic pack that let you upgrade an F7C MK1 to look like the F7A MK1. They never implemented it. About a month ago they announced that those of us who bought that cosmetic many years ago would be given this ship instead. At this point, the only way to get it is on the grey market. The impound and star hangar both have these for sale now.
if you bought the veterans day cosmetic pack from 10ish years ago you got an F7a mk1. It was just a skin for the mk1 to make it look like an F7a. now you get the actual ship.
Super Hornet will come better stock and it looks like they nerfed the ghost as has no stealth bonus right now. You’ll be waiting a while for them to fix. But yeah same

I HAD to get the Super Hornet when they released the HeartSeeker paint job. I LOVE the old WW2-esque pinup art. Only way I'd ever upgrade it to the MkII version (eventually) is if I keep that paint.
The original F7a you cannot get, it was a purchase made back in the early days of the game, much like the Idris M. The F7a MkII, can be gotten by completing the overdrive initiative missions for the upgrade token and pledging the F7c MkII and applying the upgrade token to it.
The F7A Mk1 was given as a prize years ago in a raffle. Also, there was a Veterans Day skin years ago that CIG instead just gave everyone the F7A Mk1 instead. The F7A Mk2 upgrade token from the F7C Mk2 is a reward for finishing all of the Overdrive Initiative missions, which are almost over.

Carrack has 103k HP, the C2 has 83K HP, so the carrack does take a bit longer to kill, but might be too long
