Guys here me out. This is actually the best Double Dragon I've played in 30 years yes I'm old. The music" the animations are all call backs to the original Double Dragon 1 and 2. Every small detail from the original Double Dragon is here. Yeah the models look kinda kiddy but when you actually play the game and listen to the music you can't help but to feel that old school nostalgic arcade room feeling again.

Clearly Double Dragon Advance was the best one. Super Double Dragon next best formula. Remaster and combine those two. The greatest thing the team could ever do is study Double Dragon Advance and give a true sequel to that formula.
Last but not least, these games arent made to play for 8 hours on end like modern games. Play it for an hour or 2 with friends or your kids. That way the game keeps fun for decades. Just like Final Fight, Turtles, Streets of rage. Etcetc.

Ya, this is not a Double Dragon game. Also the art style is just goofy as hell. Looks like some mobile game that received a Double Dragon collab update or something. Idk who this game is targeted at, but its not for Double Dragon fans. Maybe if you like tmnt shredders revenge , u might like it. But i think shredders revenge was reported to be a much better experience than this crap

For me, the art style is the biggest weakness and that won’t be fixed through patches. Not a fan of the chibi style.

Looks cool enough, but is the framerate 30 FPS? It looks a bit slow and sluggish. Also the sprites need to be bulkier/beefier.
