Loading and unloading takes lot of time. You cant stop these trains on busy platforms where loading and unloading becomes very difficult because of huge crowd on platform.
They won't be unloaded on platforms obviously... Major stations have side tracks where such work can be done. Either that or it can be quickly done through containarization, loading and unloading small containers won't take much time.
In my warehouse Material will unload within 10min a truck, of a pallet less then 7 min, Some mechanical system taking out, Just put trolley and pull, push the load, secure luggage, It's possible
