Just an fyi to save your hands. You don't have to turn silver rod on caulk gun just pump trigger until it reaches tube. Also their should be a silver nail to poke hole in tube. Hope this helps! I love you
I literally fell asleep to sound of music as a kid and NEVER saw the ending- and this past spring at some point i watched and was appaled, the whole war went over my head. Subconscious programming had me shook. Love you!

It's so cool to meet new friends. One of my best friends now is a subscriber to my channel who followed me for over 2 years before commenting and saying they "hope to see me in town". I proposed to go for a coffee and it feels like I've known her forever❤

I love what you said about communicating in-the-moment when something someone says bothers you. I’ve been very resentful and closed off lately from dealing with a lot of moments that I feel shouldn’t have happened… Sorry for the low energy, but usually my thoughts are “Wow, that person really thinks so lowly of me? Maybe they don’t know me and shouldn’t be in my life anymore.”
Anyway, I like your perspective because of how you said it’s more important that you can trust yourself to stand up for yourself than to people-please and care too much about confronting people. Thank you 💙💙💙

hey love your content so much but i also wonder how do you feel about social events (riots in paris etc.), do you prefer to ignore them in your videos or generally in your life, do they affect you and how, do you ever wanna do anything about social issues, just curious because sometimes it can be very difficult when there are natural disasters or social injustices around us and to still stay positive and consistent with our work. finding the meaning and balance etc.

Could anyone explain that phrase: vulnerability is a superpower?
I feel as though it’s to say that being emotional, sensitive and vulnerable to others and to ourselves is what we do best. I think society often tells us that being vulnerable is bad, scary and makes you weak and so then those that are sensitive or willing to open up to others are them shamed or feel guilty for being that way. So this affirmation seems to me to address and oppose those societal standards and to say that those things are what make us strong and what we do well. Essentially lean into your vulnerability

While only Shayna can really answer this, my understanding goes like this: when we put our ego aside and step out of our comfort zone to do things that others might judge us for (iow be vulnerable) and we simply don’t let that inhibit us, we will often, maybe even always! find that our results are better than we could have imagined, as one’s superpower would do. I was hoping Shayna would weigh in on your request, but as weeks go by, she is probably looking forward not back... I kept thinking about your comment and wanted to add my 2 cents... does this resonate with anyone else? Shayna fans unite!🥰👩🎨💜🎶☕️🦋
