Hosur road is super vast and expands to infinity... within Hosur Rd, we have many small areas like Kudlu gate, Singasandra, Hosa Rd Jn, Basapura, Rayasandra, Neo Town, etc.... It would be super helpful if you can drill down and through us an overview of how the rates differ within these area's and also can you make a video on Neo Town and possible rate increase per sqft in next 5 years.. This would be helpful to understand the future projects that r in piepline from govt and also help us to make better decisions on investments
