That house is beautiful but the cost to maintain it....cutting the grass,pool cleaning,house keeping, plus bills is probably nothing short of 10-15k a month not to mention the property tax on that house at 5.3 million has to be about 250-500k a year so we're talking almost a million a year if u don't own it out right and about 750k a year if you do. That's wild
