Hello Jacob 😊 Another wonderful tour of a Toll Brothers home, I really like that it's a one story!! The entry way started things off well, it's gorgeous!! I really enjoy seeing all of the marble in the bathroom and that closet was something else, the way that the drawers lit up when you opened them!! Spectacular backyard 👌 the palm 🌴 trees make it feel like a resort for sure. Love the pocket doors, those puppies are expensive!! If I were buying I would want to see the details such as the soft closing draws, ceiling and crown molding. Thank you

nice vid as always.you seemed unconvinced about this house because the way your explaining things you didnt had same energy you had in other tours. btw if you are using phone as your main camera either use pixel or s20 because when you see videos which were recorded on iphone on big screen in 4k or !440 or 1080 it gets grainy
In terms of solar panels... What do those really supply in terms of energy...? I have 34 panels for 3800sq ft to offset all costs. Here in palm springs California (granted, yes we have high summer costs, but other wise I'm am SLIGHTLY over producing). So for a home of that size are those even adequate to offset the costs in their entirety or just partially

Great tour. I was there earlier this week. One of my favorite single story floor plans. At $4.3, the model comes fully furnished.
