Discipline, Consistency, Dedication all are required for any type of Sadhana, be it Kriya Yoga, Isha Kriya or any other Yoga, Kriya. You have to be consistent, people think they will start doing this and become enlightened Buddha, well they will give up in next 2 weeks and get bored. So that's why Sadhguru said it is not easy, life is not going to reveal it's secret so easily. First develop habit of sticking to one thing and not leaving it till it is completed, you will attain whatever you want. Reading a book or attending any course will only show you the path, it's you who have to travel it consistently till it is attained.

He picks up a name of some advanced yoga practise and teaches the basic of basic. But that's what people want. So they can go to office and talk like : seeker, not believer 😀 it spices up the mundane office life. That's the business model. Let's say a serious sadhak goes to him and asks him for learning shakti Chalana, sadhguru will have to spend rest of his own life teaching him. Then how would the enterprise work without CEO.
