I was so happy to see another video on the Oralift. I have had mine a year and honestly, I saw facial improvement from the very first time I used it. It gives my face a lift, similar to when I use the Myolyft Mini. I think this is the cheapest way to get a face lift I know of. Wow really? Ever since microcurrnet caused my fat loss and am in my 20s btw I have been looking for an alternative method for cheek lifting. Would you say oralift has a similar effect on lifting cheeks?

hi Claudia - I've thought this over for a few days - & made decision to buy. On a very strict budget so keeping fingers crossed it will not be a disappointment in 4 months. On another note, I've not skipped a day (yet) in taking my tumeric/ginger/pepper shot. I'll keep you posted on my progress there as well. On still another note - I've got a couple different auto-immune issues that I'm always attempting to keep at bay. One autoimmune issue effect scalp health & hair growth. I am using your recommended product Haielle (all their products suggested) for last few months. My hair continues to fall but the scalp health is improving, so hopefully continued (and noticeable) progress will follow. I watch all your videos. You've been a great asset in my personal health journey.

As far as the turmeric shoots, I am proud of you for using them regularly. They are quite strong ;) but so good for you. Hopefully they will help with your autoimmune diseases as well. Have you heard of LDN?
It can be quite helpful for autoimmune diseases. I made a video on it a while ago if you are curious. I take it as well for anti inflammatory benefits.
I am glad to hear that the Haielle products are improving your scalp health and hopefully hair fall will slow. My hair is always shedding more in the summer, so hopefully by fall you will see a reduction in hair fall. Have you tried micro needling your scalp? I do it with the Haielle serum

I love this video ! Dr. Nick is great . I have to get this device , I grind my teeth terribly and my left jaw clicks when I chew . It doesn’t hurt but it’s annoying and noisy . A Jaw surgeon said it is not bad enough for surgery thankfully , I wonder if the oralift can correct this .
Hi Sue, I used to have the same problem on my right. My jaw clicked like crazy but it actually stopped. I do think that if you are a grinder this will be very helpful and the cosmetic benefits on top of it a great. Keep me posted

Hi Marney, thank you so much for your very lovely comment. I think if you liked the shape of your face when you were younger than it is a great fit, since it will try to restore some of that. It does not change the shape of our face, just relaxes the muscles so they can return to the way they were when we were younger. I hope this makes sense. I find with this, the pictures don’t really do the results justice but in dynamic movement, the results are amazing. There’s a lady called skin obsessed Mary I follow and she looks incredible as do you, Claudia ❤️❤️

Hi Gloria! Many thanks for this video! I've been thinking about getting the Oralift for a while... however, I have a jaw that is naturally "loose" at rest, by that I mean that my lower and upper teeth do not touch at rest. When I am more stressed I sometimes realise I am clenching, but it is not a permanent thing. Do you think the Oralift would provide benefits for me, or is it more for people who have upper and lower teeth that always touch?
Hi Beatrice, thank you for being here. That is a great question. My husband has good space between his teeth as well, but still benefited from the device. So I do think you will find benefits. Maybe not quite as extreme as I did, but I def. think you can benefit. Please keep me posted

How beautiful you are!!! I have the oralift. Is it very wrong that i use it daily 15 min in the morning and 15 in the evening. I find it easier than using it for longer every 3rd day. Love you a lot!!!!

Hi Claudia, quick question. Do you rest your teeth on the blocks during the treatment or do you try to keep the upper teeth above the blocks? I find it quite difficult not to rest it
Hi Ana, no you actually want to not touch the blocks. It might be challenging at first, but as your muscles relax it will get easier

Hi Alicia, you can definitely use this device while cleaning, working on the computer, watching tv, reading .... but talking with it is a bit challenging and I would try not to since it takes away some of that muscle relaxation we are trying to achieve.

Is this better than microcurrent? My fear is can it cause facial fat loss like microcurrent did already. Does the oralift provide similar effects as mewing? would using microcurrent on the off days negate the effects of oralift?
This is very different from Microcurrent. And I can tell you that this for sure does not cause facial fat loss. All he does, is the longest muscles, which have been short of a time, there, for bringing your face back to a more useful lock. As I mentioned in my other come and come out in the first four months, you do not want to use any other modalities with this, so no microcurrent. After the initial Formans, you can go back to using Microcurrent at all your other modalities as well

How often should you replace the Oralift?
Hi Jane, I have not replaced mine yet and it is still in great shape. I do think it will last at least a couple of years, if not longer....
can i also ask if you still do the touch test? If not, when did you stop? I am a known teeth grinder, and i wear a night guard at night. After thr first 4 mths, do we use 5mm for the rest of our 'lives"?
Hi Alicia
No, once you wear the device for a while you do not need to do the touch test any longer, but you want to make sure to not touch the device with your teeth while wearing it. After 4 months, you use the 5mm for 2 months, take 4 months off and so on. I hope this helps

@@alicilera correct. Unless your muscles tighten up again on the break, then you can start with the 3mm for a little while until they relax and you can go to the 5mm

Your hubby is a hottie 😂. You two are gorgeous people! I’ve watched this video several times trying to decide if I want this or not . So many mixed reviews. The reason I want to use it is because I cleaned my teeth badly. To the point that I make this strange pursing with my lips that causes dents in my chin and odd dance/wrinkles at the corners of my mouth. It’s very unflattering and I kind of believe this would work. it’s an expensive investment if it doesn’t though. Are you still using it and still love it? Thank you for this video. I’m considering investing just because I do think it would at least help with my TMJ.🥰

There is another school of thought about over exercising the facial muscles and how it results in fat loss you should watch the interview that the honest channel has just posted, the doctor that developed adipeau cream talks about fat loss in singers and what is known as gym face 🙏
Hi Michelle, I actually watched that video, quite fascinating. Of course I ordered the cream right away so I can try it and give you guys my opinion :).
I def. think that over exercising in general as well as possible the facial muscles can lead to a thinner face. The Oralift however is not exercising the muscles, but almost doing the opposite, it is letting the muscles relax back to its natural position.

Hi. I want to buy. However went to site to look over everything and observed "replacement device", which leads me to believe the very expensive original device will need replacement??!!
Oh dear. What is the life span??? 😕
And if only a couple of years... just no long enough for something so expensive. I see people experience problems with molding... oh dear. Really on the fence. He did NOT discuss "much" about replacement of item or the difficulty experienced by folks with molding issues 🤔
Hi Lin, thank you for being here. I have had my device for about 8 months and am certain it will last me for several years. It just sits in your mouth, so there is not wear and tear on the device itself. I even had an implant since moulding the device and it still fits beautifully, but I would imagine with extensive tooth-replacement one would need to at the very least re-mould.
As far as the moulding, it is actually quite easy and you can get zoom support. And if you really do make a mistake, you can re-mould it.
If the possible replacement and moulding issues are holding you back, I would say do not worry. But if you are not sure the device is for you, it might be worth thinking about it

Hi Kalani, thank you for being here! Don’t be intimidated, it is quite easy and the instructions sound way more complicated than it really is. And worst case, if you do make a mistake with the molding, you can always remold it. Please let me know if you need more help, but definitely start using that little guy

After initial 4 months is it ok to use for "1 hour every day for 2 months" then don't use for 4 months? If not please tell me again how many hours/days you use it for?
Hi
So normally after 4 months you do not wear the device for 4 months. Then you wear it for two months, for up to 2 hours a day, then take a 4 months break and so on. I have worn mine more than that if I had a lot of tension in my jaw, so you can def. be flexible with it

@@beachlife7949 Yes, that is correct. You can wear it for an hour in the am and one hour in the pm. Or however it fits best into your day. You can start right with the 5mm, unless you feel that is too much, then start with the 3mm for a couple of weeks and then go to the 5mm. Please keep us posted

@@beachlife7949 Dr Mohindra says to use it every 3 days, but he also says the program is flexible. If you feel you are getting benefits from wearing it daily, I would say go ahead and do so. But please watch out for overuse, so any changes you do not like, back off.
For the two months, twice a year, same thing. Every 3 days or more if you feel benefits from using it more. I often do every other day

Regarding the protein powder, I know we talked about this before, personally I do not use one. I do not think that a protein powder can replace fat pads in the face to be honest. Did you see the video I made with my friend on facial fat loss? In it we talk about how simply eating more can not really help replace the lost facial fat. Of course you need to eat enough calories and macro nutrients, but beyond that I really do not think protein powder will help with facial fat loss. I did find this article though and maybe you can find a powder you like. I have started doing face yoga, and I offen follow Koko's face yoga video. She talks about that as we age our philtrum gets longer which makes us look older and thats why I am concerned that this device while stretch it. Hi Dahl, the device does not stretch things that should not be stretched, but rather lets our face muscles go back to where they used to be when we were younger.

The problem is expensive.
It is not cheap, but considering what I had to pay on dental care because I messed up my teeth from grinding, it is dirt cheap ;)
