Hey hello, Very intersting 😃! I think it's a question of values. And of respect for these values. When I created PIMSIE (it's a small company for now), I wanted strong ecological values. Using glass bottles and glass or bamboo straws that I recover with a solid deposit was the basis. And the customers play the game, I recover 95% of my packaging to reuse them. Because I want to respect these values, I know that I won't be able to expand as easily as with plastic and become a big company... That's the price to pay. This is a thought I had while talking with a colleague who makes bone broth. She wants to expand and therefore switch from glass to plastic to sell more. She's dropping her ecological value in favor of her money value*. I understand, especially in these difficult times... But I would never do the same. My ecological value is stronger than my money value. And I'm sure there are ways to combine the two! *I think it's a pity, because it's going to lose quality and it's going to differentiate it from the other players in the market Plus I really believe that by defending strong ecological values now, we have everything to gain. Because the world is going to change from that point of view. In addition to having a better quality of juice, better for the health of its customers, more beautiful, more qualitative. But yes, it's easier to set up for a start-up company than for a big company that has its plastic logistics all worked out. Thank you very much for your videos they are very informative and very well done virtualhug.
