Fantastic innovation! Love that it is easy to clean. Of course, it is the ONLY modern true press for cold pressed juice on the market. Masticating and screw presses just don't compare to the liquid quality. We use this same technology at Sol-ti for all of our Living Beverages®which are the Highest Velocity Refrigerated Beverages in the Untied States for a reason! Quality! Well done Goodnature!

I wonder if using clear plastic parts on this machine will be an issue over time as regards staining. I noticed in the video that the plastic part that wraps around the blade looked discolored (stained) despite rinsing. In my experience clear plastic parts are prone to staining when exposed to juice-especially carrot juice.
Looks great. One big question.... why did t you just make the feed shoot bigger so you can put a whole apple in there and its easier to load other produce ??🤔

Hi! Shelf life depends on some factors but 3-5 days is usually the standard recommendation, assuming it’s kept in refrigerator.
How longvis press times? And have you considered making a stainless steel chamber?
it was 6 in total and there are other juicers that are NSF certified

@jefbiggs1583 yes, I love the juice that comes from it and can definitely say that the pulp is dry, but it becomes very messy and time-consuming. Then, to grind the fruit that has to be grinded, you have to cut them pretty small because the shoot is narrow and the fruit splashes back all over my counters. It's also not nsf certified. I wish I would've done more research prior to making such a big purchase that I now can't use to get my business started. It can be goof for small batches for at home use, but that's about it in my opinion.

No, this is a real cold press like all of our machines. If you put cold veggies in, you get cold juice out!

I do like an idea to carry to Farmer Market because M1 too heavy to carry to there frequently but, I think a Feed Cylinder of Hummingbird’s hopper is too tight for my hand palm when I need to remove some stains and clean inside the cylinder.

I maybe missing a point, but isn’t cutting fruit with the blade heat fruit up and burns nutrients in a process?
No, our process doesn't heat the fruit. Other juicing methods create friction by grinding the fruit through a mesh screen. That creates heat and oxidation. Our juicers don't use mesh screens, the extraction takes place in the press, not the grinder.

Yes, we can ship to Europe. It does not really work well on wheatgrass by itself (but is ok if it's part of a recipe), we haven't tried sprouts yet but we can! Yes, you cab press a pineapple disc directly.

What is the main difference between this model and the $15k model?? I know a lot of otbers that want to know as well. This has yet to be addressed clearly
I think the feed chute is bigger on the x1 mini. Also the x1 uses hydraulic press to do the pressing where the hummingbird is a mechanical press. I’d say also the x1 mini is more industrial in build, stronger and bigger machine. The hummingbird is lighter in build quality and smaller in height.

Love the blade and hopper on the Hummingbird. Hope they release it for the M1. Would be willing to pay $650-$750 for one. The M-1 blade and M-1 hopper needs to be redesigned; it is the weakest part of the M-1 machine in my experience. That being said, it does not seem worth it to spend $2,900 to replace the M-1 with the Hummingbird. For that reason, I think there is money to be made by offering M-1 owners an option to upgrade to the Hummingbird "hopper/blade" for some extra money.

@@GoodnaturePro Thanks! I literally just got the M-1 delivered yesterday. The hummingbird was announced between when I purchased it and when it was delivered so even with the special code it would be a financial stretch for me: can't afford both. Wish I had known about the Hummingbird sooner....

No, bananas are not able to be pressed since they just turn into puree.
