Israel has carried out airstrikes on Gaza's southern city of Rafah ahead of a planned ground invasion. Rafah is home to around 1.4 million Gazans, many of whom are refugees. While Israel claims up to six Hamas battalions are camping in the city, the US and its allies fear a ground invasion could result in bloodbath. In order to initiate any talks, both the countries should have a working government which can take decisions on behalf of their citizens independent of army or any other pressure. This is not the case in Pakistan. Pakistan’s government is a puppet government which is run by deep state and the actual control is with its army which has nexus with banned terror organizations. Although its citizens want peace r and prosperity with india, its army would not allow that to happen. If the government starts to think of its citizens and try to stand against this army, well …we know what happened to Imran khan.
