How to get the Native Tribes setup done: 1. Fight a Native Tribe and offer them to release an OPM at the desired province. 2. Wait for them to take their Reforms and make sure that they don't reform out of a Native Tribe (f.e. to a monarchy) on their 5th Government Reform. -> If they do, then either savescum until they don't (20% sucess chance) or annex them and try again with step 1. 3. Ally and vassalize that released Native Tribe. 4. Feed them an irrelevant Province with the subject interactions and wait EXACTLY one day! (that uncolonizes that Province and get's rid of their Tier 3 Reform) 5. Feed them another Province via the subjects interactions and wait until they choose their Tier 3 Reform to be "Settle down". 6. Seize their second Province back and grant them their independence.
I can imagine fear based propaganda justifying it - an overseas "Sunset" invasion by heretical savages with stories about tribal warriors taking scalps or cutting out hearts like the Aztecs. Those OPMs got released as Native Tribes, I don't know if they also got the culture and religion of the natives.
I imagine society with 100% revanchism as completely pissed off all of the time like you start with someone some random small talk and they respond with FUCK YOU every single time
@@RollingCalf Yep. It's a catchup mechanic. But losing isn't fun and people tend to abandon campaigns rather than repair them when they start to lose. Also without a reliable farming method, it's just not a feasible mechanic to use so you don't see any youtubers using it in let's plays and so on.
It's possible to see it when you invade AIs, I discovered it while trying to work out why Bulgaria had so little agitation after I 100% the Ottomans as Byzantium into 15 war exhaustion to ruin them. But it's very niche and unlilely to be noticed unless you lose really hard a war (while most players prefer to deathwar into a stalemate or try to release weak tags in the peace deal instead of feeding the enemy) or actively try to make your neighboring countries spawn rebels
Know that revanchism is amazing but don't have a clue of how to used it in SP without shooting to ourself by giving to much land. That set up is easy but still think it's not that "important" in SP since most of the time your the "big bully" of the map after 50 or 100 years.

I wonder how this works in the minds of the pops.
"What? The Irish took Cork?" *Donates life savings to tax collector*

Man, you cooked this one well, not hard to do, insane results for just keeping a eye on.

Of course it's the Brits exploiting the Irish 😂
I have no idea how i've never even noticed that modifier even after playing over 2k hours
You've probably never lost a war hard enough to get it.

You normally don’t lose land in SP

I guess I'm still in the tutorial (3000 hours in) because I didn't even know this existed.
its such an obscure mechanic lmao. Good players never notice it lmao
Revanchism also gives +1 Horde Unity if you're playing as one.
man I knew this modifier could be exploited.. good job brother.
it is sounds like ranch with a v so re-V-(r)anch-ism.
FİNALLY
