Saç düzleştirici tamiri ,hair straightener repair

ARÇELİK K5127 model numaralı bir adet saç düzleştirici çalışmıyor şikayetiyle atölyemize geldi.
Öncelikle 360 derece dönen kabloyu cihaza giriş kısmından sökerek sağlamlık kontrolü yaptık ilk etapta kablo sağlam görüldü.
Sonrasında cihaza kablonun girdiği kısımdan 220 volt vererek cihazı kontrol ettiğimizde gayet güzel bir şekilde çalıştığını gördük.
Şimdi diyeceksiniz kablo sağlam ,cihaz sağlam peki sorun ne o zaman.
Tamda bunu anlamak için kabloyu yerine takıp elektrik verdiğimizde birden duman çıkmaya başladı. Elektriği kesip baktığımızda kablonun sokete yakın bir yerden içinden yandığını gördük. Tekrar elektrik verdik bu seferde kıvılcım çıktı anlayacağınız biraz aksiyon yaşadık.
Her zaman videolarda da söylüyorum. Aman dikkat bir daha dikkat.
Öncelikle şunu belirteyim, yanık kokusu geldi ,duman çıktı deyip bu cihazları kullanmaya devam etmeyin. Kabloda ark yapan yeri video da gösterdik. Kablonun yenisini alıp takabilirdik. Ama SERBEST ATÖLYEM olarak tamir etmeyi bunun nasıl yapıldığını da sizlere göstermek istedik. Çok güzel bir işçilik oldu.

First of all, we unplugged the 360-degree rotating cable from the entrance to the device and checked its stability. At first, the cable was found to be intact.
Afterwards, when we checked the device by giving 220 volts from the part where the cable enters, we saw that it worked very well.
Now you will say that the cable is OK, the device is OK, so what's the problem then?
Just to understand this, when we put the cable back in and gave electricity, smoke started to come out. When we cut the power and looked, we saw that the cable was burning from a place close to the socket. We gave electricity again, spark came out this time, we had some action as you can see.
I always say it in videos too. Oh, attention, attention again.
First of all, let me state this, do not continue to use these devices by saying that there is a burning smell, smoke comes out. We also showed the place where the arc occurs in the cable in the video. It's a very comfortable place that your hand can touch, I say again, do not work at voltage values ​​that are dangerous for human life while doing this kind of work. If you don't know, show it to someone who does. We could just buy a new cable and plug it in. But as MY FREE WORKSHOP, we wanted to show you how to fix it. It was very nice work.
