So happy to have the Drift Truck back! Also, remember to use code GINGIUM50 to get 50% OFF your first Factor box plus 20% off your next month of orders at bit.ly/3TATX6R!
You should really consider adding a 3D printer to your shop. It would be such a good tool for you with how much fabrication you do. everything zip tied on your dash could have brackets printed for neat mounting for example. Combining it with your CNC table makes it even better. Loving the new Drift Truck its looking great.
I love how you always switch up the music in your videos. Keeps things fresh over time, unlike other car channels that use the same montage music over and over. Keep up the good work 👍
@@_Gingium_ I didn't notice until reading this, but I always notice when it's the same every video. I guess not noticing it is kind of the point because it means it isn't annoying lol.
"I got it working in one hour and I was scared of it for almost an entire year" -- Fuck me man, right in the feels. This should be on a shirt. Accurate far beyond cars.
Drift truck is my favorite thing ive ever seen on TH-cam. Dude when this is finished let David (ThatDudeInBlue) drive it. This build and your whole channel NEED more exposure cause the stuff you do is insane
Been watching this build religiously since day one, this lil' truck turned out way more bad-ass than I could've imagined. Keep pushing and don't lose sight Caleb
This is so badass! Very unique build. Now that this is getting close to being complete I would love to see you do some chassis work on the Volvo and setup the suspension for drag racing. There's a couple Volvo wagons like yours out there running some low quarter mile times. Would really love to see that. Just an idea for a future video. I think a lot of your viewers enjoy the drag racing content. I'll be watching all your videos regardless. Keep up the great work bro.
glad to see this car back! i have been following your journey since video game videos, and this particular car (and the notorious rally miata) bring so much nostalgia - also because my dad in europe owns B2200, though in a questionable shape and there are barely any parts available in europe if one wanted to start fixing it
Really? They were dime a dozen when I was younger, and I still see some now and then, a friend of mine used to AutoX one as well, but I suppose older models get harder to find parts for. Checking listings in Norway, there's only one B2200 for sale at the moment, so I guess there's fewer about now.
Pretty dope to answer that question and it explains why it is really sought after. PDM seems like a technology grail for programming cars with as little as possible.
YOU KILLED THIS ONE BROTHER!!!! Nice build since the jump. Wish the eclipse had a better turn out. That rear suspension set up was wild. Keep droppin that hot SHI*!!!!!!!
One thing with those fuse boxes is that the relays like to work their way out. If it came with the cover lid, put some foam in the cover to keep light pressure on the relays to keep them in.
Put all those thick chunks of copper your clipping off of battery cables into a bucket & save them up!! You can get a small electric furnace for your shop where you can melt down all those chunks of copper into nice little bars, or you could get some large ingot molds!! Don't forget to cut the outer shell off!! That plastic burning in the copper devalues it. 😉🥃
Get you a coolant vacuum fill tool. Worth every penny. Have it filled with no air in the system and check for leaks all without ever getting the engine hot. Fix any leaks before the coolant is hot and before you fill the system.
Caleb, would you ever consider doing a detailed video on your fabrication process? From concept to finished project? I'm interested in learning more about fabrication and often get stuck on design process!
Finnnaallllyyyyyyy I’ve been waiting man ik u have a patreon to view content before here but g bud I’m broke out here but enough of my whining thank you for the content. Drift truck 2025
Damn i wanted the turbo on the accord. 6th attempt to run your accord against my 03 cl type s. very similar build got hardrace control arms in the mail. Upgraded brake pads, full exhaust hybrid racing shifter, Clutchmasters lightweight flywheel fx350 kit, bc coilovers, federal fz201, p2r adapter and holley intake, but it's not on the car. I also have an ms3pro mini, but I need a few more things before it goes in. It's crazy how similar the 2 of them are, and I'm down to run that accord. 🤝 🏁
I can do house wiring and solar wiring fairly easily, but car wiring seems so daunting to me with having to know how to crimp all the different connectors etc. Did a good job with that considering it was a temp setup!
I know a heavy duty Fabrication build isn't really doable rn but it would be cool to watch you build a go kart or something similar (shopping cart maybe?) Just miss watching you fabricate 😅 but you gotta fund this too so no hate
No, it's done for clearance when turning the wheels all the way sideways. Think about how close the wheels are to the frame when stock. You can't turn the wheels hardly at all because you run into the frame or suspension components. Pushing the wheelbase away from the frame just allows the wheels to turn more and more without running into clearance issues. In fact, separate wheelbase front to back makes straight line tracking much harder (from a daily driver standpoint, not drifting) because different groves in the road grab individual tires instead of one side or another. Think about a set of tracks in the snow or mud, if your front tires fit in the ruts but the rears don't, you lose traction in the rear, and vice versa. This is why there's no real major car maker has offset wheelbase from factory except for one. Fun fact, the mail carriers for USPS are the only mass produced vehicle as far as I know that DO have an offset wheelbase. The front is narrow and the rear is wide for extra capacity in the cargo area. And because of that, they get stuck in the snow around here CONSTANTLY. Lol

I would also suggest a cheap laser cutter (

BABE WAKE UP GINGIUM JUST DROPPED
🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️
5 more mins 😴
Your attention to detail is literally insane, literally everything you do always looks so legit.
Pause at 0:49 and just look at the paint. There is literally zero attention to detail
Pause at 1:53 there is literally a tack weld on the firewall block off plate that literally isnt even on the plate. Zero attention to detail
It's been so cool watching you and your skills develop over the years. You are building some incredible stuff these days. What a badass truck.

Proud to see you crimping the large wires !!
NEW GINGIUM VIDEO LETSSS GOOO
Hell yeah! Been waiting for this!
LETS GOOOO!
The Drift Truck is BACK!!!
seeing where you started to here, and how far youve come in really such a short amount of time is crazy, congrats man!
I love how you show all the mistakes you make to show how you’re just a regular person. Nothing goes perfect

Best car build channel on youtube
Over the 700k mark. Nice!!!
Man, I've been LS swapping mine for a year now (almost running) - every time I see yours it gives me more motivation lol

drift truck my beloved
Im loving these man, you make working on cars seem so managable and less scary. Keep up the good work
Used to own a stock mazda b2000 loved it to bits
Dude your attention to detail is amazing!!🙏
Dude this truck is a work of art man. Soooo good! Also nice music choice lately man the last few videos have had some choice tunes
So happy to see the drift truck alive again! But please use loom to protect your external wiring

A half hour long drift truck video is all I need in life
Finally! Enough of the bs Honda videos 😉 I’M JOKING of course, love all the content, but I will say the drift truck is definitely one of my favorites
amazin truck build i have a first gen tundra (2uzfe) with bolt ons and a 50 shot nitrous its not fast but definitely fun to leave some chevys back lol
Love the drift truck. To be honest love all the builds

so glad we are working on this again!!!! this truck is how i found your channel in the first place
awesome. love the build and cant wait to see it all done in glory and ripping the tracks.
Being the proud owner of a GS400...this is, by far, my favorite build
I thought it was great as I saw the fan in the time lapse matched the music like maracas lol
Great to see the drift truck back👍

FINALLY, IT'S BACK! Thank drift Jesus 🎉
One of my favorite Builds on the channel along with the Hondas!
Fan dancing to the music is a vibe🤘
Aaaa I missed this thing!
I was scared as hell when I saw sparks flying when cutting the fuel line.
Drift truck is one of my TH-cam favorite projects!
Add ac and do an innerchiller ac for cooling the supercharger. More power and safer.
Half fill the PS tank when it is cold or barley enough for reticulation and when it is hot fill it 60% the PS fluid expands with heat.
Hell yea!!! fall double down ready
The drift truck is so back
Caleb, would you ever consider doing a detailed video on your fabrication process? From concept to finished project? I'm interested in learning more about fabrication and often get stuck on design process!
It be awesome if you can hook up with Haltech. That would cover all your needs. And remote tech support. Keep the awesome job up!

Even the factory uses some zip ties! I wouldn't worry about that. Awesome stuff.
Cant belive bro started off playing forza to building something like this love to see it 🥲
that fan was getting jiggy with it in the timelapse
Truffle butter, it had to be said
Wowaweewoo
You should get a tow rig and match the drift truck like a older dually but like a nicer newer motor
Bad Obsession wishes they had your bracket skills, king.
Sweet 🎉🎉
Check out wiring specialties! They might be willing to work with you on a new harness
Thank fuckin God finally the cool shit is back
DRIFT TRUCK IS BACK
Love the accord build but this truck series is great. Can't wait to see the pdm install. Want to get rid of my old body harness.

oh shittttt. it odd seeing it how it looked in the beginning. cant believe its been 5 years
Gingium
not to sound mean, but i would also recommend throwing food out of the packaing before heating up 🤷
Ik it needs color but god the black and white is beautiful
drift truck!!
Finally something other than a honda😅
2019??? Damn I still remember the fc rx7
Love the truck but I wonder why the rear axle is less wide than the front? Is that done because of better sliding?

Let's gooo
Trying to wire a megasquirt 3 into my turbocharged mazda b2200. Pain and suffering are understatements for what it is doing to me
you should look into a dingo PDM
Always ground on last first off stops any chance of battery explosions.
I wanted the turbo honda video 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Independent rear suspension ;-)
Theres barely any truck left
Have you fixed the steering collumn yet? Those long screws need to go through the shaft, not just used as setscrews.
Mo power
lettttts goooo
11:26 the Fan say "NO" 😂
I wanna hear a 1uz chop
Didn't know you are a certified bmw driver.
