@@veo1053 True, but N didn't enter the Hall of Fame, he only beat Alder to prove he was the best and let Alder keep his title, so technically he wasn't the Champion.

Alder would likely have had a team of Level 50s to face N with. Maybe instead of Ghetsis and his underlevelled Hydreigon, talk would be about Alder and his underlevelled Volcarona if we'd just got there quicker.
This is incredible. Black/White credits theme is one of my favorite pokemon themes in the franchise just for how epic of a conclusion it made to "move on to our own futures"

I still haven’t played gen 5 yet, but it has the best music of all of the games. The ending theme is definitely the best of all of the Pokémon games, and it is just so upbeat and encouraging.
This is why I love Unova
They're pretty high priced, but even just emulating it is worth it. Gen 5 games are my favorite in the series.

Pokemon White is basically my early childhood made tangible, it was my first video game I ever played and is still to this day one of my favourite games of all time.
Say what you will about gen 5 but to me it truly is the peak of Pokémon and is exactly what Pokémon should be.
I started with gen IV and gen V are still my favourite pokemon games and the sequels are probably top 3 games of all time
Same here, I've gone back and played HGSS and Platinum, but Gen 5 is still my favorite generation all these years later.
As someone who’s first game was Red way back in the day, it’s always cool to hear of people’s memories of their first Pokémon game and what it meant to them. Gen 5 got me re-hooked after I missed out on Gen 2 & 3 and 4 I got back in but was not super into it. Gen 5 reeled me back in just earlier this year actually!
I 100% agree. After gen 6 ripped off gen 1. Gen 7 being a bit naff and handholdy. And Gen 8 with Dexit.
Gen 5 was a solid set of games.

Don’t @ me, but I’m gonna say it’s been the apex of the entire franchise, with such an emotional story, well designed characters, remarkable quotes and events and a very, very deep and emotional ending.
This theme is everything I just said.
I legit cried when I first finished Pokemon White and heard this theme, almost 10 years ago... and I’m a bit sad today, thinking that we will most likely never get anything similar from Gamefreak, especially considering their recent works. It’s a shame.
But let’s just appreciate what we’re given, and be happy that it happened.

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Time/Darkness/Sky had the best storyline of all Pokémon games imo followed by Gen 5

@@ttttttttttttttttt. Best storyline yes for certain but I personally prefer Platinum because of the nostalgic value it holds for me. My order in main series Pokémon games would be Platinum>Gen 5>Gen4>Gen7,Gen6>Gen 3,2,1 simply because I hav no memories of playing Gens 3,2 or 1 as a kid.

Gen 5 is the only pokemon game I really regard as a JRPG because of it's deep and compelling storyline, round characters, a hard mode, all Unova unique pokemon, and the best music in all pokemon. The others are just known to me as pokemon games, but gen 5 is something truly special. I'll never forget seeing N's face at the end fade and this theme start playing. Left me speechless.

I don't think any other Pokemon game will have as good of a soundtrack that gen 5 had. There are usually some tracks that I dislike in other games, like the DP victory road theme, the gen 8 gym battle theme, or the original dragon's den from Crystal. But I legitimately like every single gen 5 theme! Thanks for uploading the track separate from N's farewell. I love that part, but it's not something I can put on in the car due to lack of visibility from the tears. But now I can jam out on my way to Popeyes!
Now I don't normally comment on videos, but I just wanted to say that this remix is one of the best that I've ever heard. Now I may not have any musical abilities, and your remixes have always been really good, but this feels next level!

I honestly loved how B/W had this ending because the song makes more sense when B2W2 ends. Hilbert/Hilda are the true first hero while the second hero Rosa/Nate are what N made to give their Reshiram/Zekrom freedom. N never wanted to be the second hero. I hope they make B3W3 instead of remaking bw or b2w2. To finally make the true dragon instead of retelling us a story we already did. I know they wouldn't do this but if they had a connector for the 3ds to the switch for it that would be the other option on how memories mechanic would work like b2w2

I started over the game a few days ago and just ended it... It was really the best Pokemon game ! The focus on the lore and not the basic goal (aka becoming the Champion). N, the best antagonist ever. The legendary Pokemon who FEELS like a legendary Pokemon ! You have to be worthy in order to stand by their side. Moreover, even after 8 years, the game is still a bit difficult. Not like the next generations...
... what happened to the next games. Black/White and Black2/White2 are incredible. What the hell happened to the lore afterwards ???
I really hope that Legends Arceus will bring back the goosebumps like gen 5 did.
They tried something different with B&W and the majority hated it. Now we have the low effort slop that is scarlet and violet. Sad!
Imagine returning to Unova again, and the Champion battle theme is a rendition of this theme. I'd literally cry.
Pokemon black and white are my favorite pokemon games and holy crap do I have nostalgia from this. It has the feeling of an adventure not necessarily ending, but going on to the next chapter. Best pokemon credits theme don't @ me.

I loved the intro to this theme in the game. Unwavering emotions plays in the background, N speaks his final words. Then the music stops, it's silent for a moment, and then those drums hit.
This is such a badass song. Still blows me away every time I hear it
The last truly good pokemon game
God this is sooooo freaking epic, I love gen 5s music it's sooooo damn good. People will never truly understand just how amazing gen 5 truly was. Sure some of the Pokémon were goofy and weird looking but every gen has those. The music in gen 5 is still top tier and has remained in the top position for the last 11 to 12 years. People say it's a hand holdy game which I don't see. In terms of hand holdy games scarlet and violet keep you on the teets of the local miltanks for most of the game. Phone calls every 15 mins annoying cutscenes that are irrelevant for the most part. Like let's be real Pokémon now is falling short of what Pokémon was back than and I'm not the only who sees this trend.
N and the music of gen 5 (and gen 5 as a whole) are still the best things GameFreak has ever produced

It's already 2021 where I live and I decided a while ago to listen to this ending as my first 2021 song: I don't know, it just fits it perfectly, I lost many loved ones and separated from many. This theme makes me feel like even though this has been a tough year, with its ups and downs, it's not over yet, I still have many things to look forward to, still many stuff to discover and enjoy, yes there will be bad times, but they're all apart of my journey, they're all gonna help me become a stronger, shape my personality. This is probably one of the most nostalgic songs for me. I damn near cry every time I hear it so this remix definitely does it justice.

My favorite gen
This song has all my heart. This was a gorgeous piece and I even wanted to use it for the Year 12 final assembly when we planned it in year 11 for the year 12s before us. Unfortunately we didn't, because I had so many weird ideas in high school by that point, so c'est la vie. I want this remaster to play when I graduate uni, though. Or even when I go to Italy!
