I have been binge watching your videos since I found them the other day. And decided to start from the beginning. You have given me the courage and strong desire to Knit socks! Never done that before. I’ve only knitted a hat and some scarf. You are so calming and fun to listen to while I sit and Knit along with you. I’m so glad you started these videos. Such a calming blessing and gentle encouragement to everyone who watches.

Good to see you :) All the best to the check ups and hopefully there won´t be any bad news or anything! It´s pouring rain here in Kyiv and sooooooo dark. I´ve got tea, finnsheep wool, candles and youtube - not bad. Think I´m gonna bake apple pie in the afternoon :)

@@FinnishKnittingStories Oh yes I did bake! Actually just this morning pulled out part of it from the freezer so I still get to enjoy :D Awesome, send me a message! I´m currently adding last bits of that gorgeous colorway to my scrap yarn blanket. And if there won´t be a lockdown or any other surprises I´m coming to Finland for almost whole December - I´m keeping my fingers crossed!

Oh bummer about the trip to hospital. Hopefully everything goes as smoothly as possible and the staff is friendly. Just back up a huge pile of different projects and knit away while there. Btw, I also really find stranded knitting beautiful but I haven´t really got around to practise it very muc. So that is definitely on my future to knit-list. Though I´m gonna start with propably something like socks or mittens. Perhaps one pairof socks you are going to knit that is going to go as xmas present could also have stranded knitting in design?

I'm planning to practice stranded knitting during this holiday season by knitting Christmas balls. I think they are great size and not too overwhelming. :)

My favourite wooden sock needles are KnitPro Symfonie. I have a whole set. But I also use Addi Lace circulars, when I'm loop knitting. Addi Crasy Trio are great as well.
