You are right, there are many other things I could watch on TH-cam. But there are not many podcasts which are so heartwarming than yours. Thank you for all those episodes😊
I've got my 7th Lento on my needles. It's a great pattern for trying out different yarns and lengths. I've knit everything from a sleeveless cropped Lento to dress length. ❤
Jana !!!! Another Canadian here 😂♥️♥️♥️🇨🇦 Your Lento #4 is absolutely fantastic! The colour suits you so Much ! After Watching your colourful podcast I really have a boost of energy ! If only more podcast were like yours ! Love 😘😘😘
Loved your Lento parade. I have knit a Lento- too late for, but inspired by the Lento Along. It was black in lovely Rowan and mohair. It fit me fine, but a little more fitted than I wanted, so my eldest daughter tried it on and now it’s her favourite sweater. Lol! I plan to knit it again. It was a lovely pattern to knit, great fit, and knits up fast. I love loose, light sweaters as I tend to heat up, so don’t need really woolly sweaters and my fussy skin only likes very very soft (read expensive) yarns. Lol!
Ive made my first one last fall and my second one is next up. I’m going to do that one in Suri alpaca and a lace alpaca held double. I also love the pattern. I think it’s a great fit on everyone that Ive seen. Your bright neon colors are gorgeous ❤
Love the episode ❤, it inspired me to knit my first summer lento..I was looking for a pattern for some summer yarn and just ordered the pattern..the pink boucle sweater and the homespun/yellow one are my favourites 🎉 thanks for sharing
Thank you for sharing your Lento collection! I haven't knit one yet but it's on my project list for 2025 ( I know.... I'm planning far ahead!) I'm still debating what yarn to use. Too many beautiful options out there!
Be careful with Nutiden, choose the most drapey blend and knit it at loose gauge. Otherwise the sleeves might look funny (too much bulk and extra fabric).
What a lovely parade! After seeing all of your gorgeous Lento sweaters I definitely need to make a few. I’m intrigued by the simple yet versatile pattern. It looks like a classic staple everyone should have in their wardrobe. I think I’ll need more than one.
You are a Gem 💎. Now I know what to do with all those odd balls of variegated mohair balls that wont make up a sweater but can be mixed into knit with fingering yarn. LOVE the yellow with stripes. The Lento is now saved in my favourites. I purchased several years ago, on a whim, purchasing 4 balls of Noro yarn all in different shades but have no idea what to knit them up in.
What a fun episode! I would be interested in seeing a colorwork yoke parade! I remember your fox sweater and a red and white Christmas sweater and a couple of others. It would also be nice to hear how much you have worn them. Thank you for showing us your Lentos! My favorite one is the yellow and handspun. What a shame it bled, but it is still beautiful!
Thanks for sharing your Lentos. I am watching you wearing my one and so far only Lento. I love the fit and and am planning to make another soon. Best wishes from Melbourne, Australia.
I made whole body lento and 1 sleeve. Frogged last year cuz too big and too deep yoke. Need to reknit in smaller size with inch or two shorter yoke, but yarn in time out still lol maybe later this summer or fall. Love all yours!
Hey there Princess, You have such a fun and light spirit. Love that fashion show. Enjoy your sweaters. God's Blessing I pray upon you and family. John 3:16-18
I always choose to watch you. 😍 Thanks for the Lento parade, especially the fashion show at the end. ❤ I am intrigued that the same pattern, using the same needles, in the same size actually had such different shapes based on the yarn. I have not knit a garment in many years and I need to see more content like this as I think about getting into garment knitting. I appreciate all that you do to educate and entertain us each week. 👍👍🙂 Idea #1 - Do you have a collection of not-so-well-loved knits? Could you share them with some brief explanations of why you don't wear them? Fit issues? Yarn choice? Etc... Idea#2 - Do you have any other patterns that you have knit multiple times?
Thank you so much! Excellent ideas for the future episodes! ❤️ Oh, and you should definitely knit yourself some nice sweater or cardigan. Or maybe a summer top as a starter. 😉
I was just about to start a Lento, but I watched Selma podcast yesterday and she has fitting issues with her lento and is going to frog it. You know her help her out!!!!!!!❤️🇨🇦❤️
Well this has opened up ideas for me! Thank you for the Lento parade! And your sweet fun modelling. I always hesitated on a Lento because of the needle size. I had it stuck at being to heavy and warm here where I live. But the loose gauge plan sounds fun! M going to try a swatch with my “coconut yarn”! Hehe it’s a textured cotton yarn with little slubs and bits like coconut in it, which might work for a fun, light summer topper. There should be enough for my granddaughter too! My thanks to9 for those who suggested the Lento vid! Very fun, and your your versions of Lento are all so cheerful and pretty. Hope you and all viewers have a great week!
It wasn’t my idea, but I love this Lento video! It’s nice to see the different color and weight combinations you created and how each of them fits a different need. I haven’t cast one on yet, but after this video, I definitely plan to.
We the North is our home ! I forgot to Tell you to watch Crochet by Fabio. An italian living in NY. He crochet super cool sweaters ! You Said you wanted to crochet more garment. I Will give IT a go !
Thank you 😃👍🌷. This was so fun🎉. How about doing all of the cardigans you have knit and one of all of your shawls???🎉 Part 1, 2, 3, episodes could be used if you have very many😃🎉. Just a thought🌺
I did the shawl special (in two parts) at the very beginning of my podcasting journey. It may be time for an update. 😊 And cardigan special is a great idea as well! Thank you! ❤️
Oh, so cute! Thise last 2 minutes, where you demonstrate all of them outside, for some reason while you were "flying" from right to left, it reminds me of Moomintrols 😄 don't ask why, I can't explain. . Thank you. Very bright and cosy parade ❤
I’m currently knitting second Lento. I love and wear my first one all the time. I made it in Holst Supersoft and Titicaca held together. This one is Supersoft and alpaca held together. I have plans for more!!
I have not made a Lento sweater. I don't plan to, either. There are many great basic raglan patterns, and I don't quite understand why this particular pattern became a huge hit. No hate here, I'm sure it's a great pattern. A very loose fit is not my style. Besides, I just don't have a need to make trendy items anyway. Love your Lentos and keep making them if you need them in your wardrobe. ❤
Love seeing all of your pretty color choices! I currently have my first sweater (Lento) on the needles. Using fingering weight merino single ply held with suri.
I have heard a few comments about changes to the Laine magazine pattern, but not specifics. Are there any mods that people have made? I have only the magazine pattern and would love to cast one on! Beautiful episode. Thank YoU, Janna. 💖
I also heard that they changed something and the raglan line looks different in the updated version. I'm not 100% sure about, because I'm also knitting from the magazine and there is no way for us to get the updates without buying that pattern. 😔
That was fun to watch, they are all beautiful! ! I've been thinking of making one and buying the Laine magazine but worry about the print being fine and grey therefore hard to read. Did you also say there was a difference between the PDF and the Laine pattern? Thank you!
The print is quite OK in that particular issue. I think the oldest ones are harder to read. I've heard that there have been some updates to the digital pattern, but unfortunately, I don't have access to it. I only have the magazine.
I love all the bright colors and now i want to knit allll the lentos haha. What size did you knit for Sophia? I have a little girl and she would look so cute in a bright lento 🥰🤩
You are such a talented knitter that you can make it up 🤩💪🏻 thank you for sharing your knitting stories. I really enjoy them. And your name was the inspiration for our little girl. She's called Janna ❤
You are right, there are many other things I could watch on TH-cam. But there are not many podcasts which are so heartwarming than yours. Thank you for all those episodes😊
Thank you so much! 😊❤️
I love them all but my favorite is the last one you have done. I like the scrappy colors. Paired so well.
Scrappy is always my favourite thing! 😊
Jana the bright colours suit you so well, and with your personality you really ‘rock’ the look!
Thanks for the Lento parade. I have now put the pattern in my favorites.
Thank you for your response think I will save for a winter knit and double up with mohair. Happy week ❤
Well I have never knit a Lento before- but I certainly am now! Thank you for the inspiration!
I really enjoy your podcasts, and leaning more about Finland Ang your language.. I’m form Toledo, Ohio, USA. Thank you!
Greetings from Finland! ❤️
I've got my 7th Lento on my needles. It's a great pattern for trying out different yarns and lengths. I've knit everything from a sleeveless cropped Lento to dress length. ❤
Ohhh, I think I need a sleeves summer version! And a dress as well! 😄👍
Lovely parada of Lentos! I haven’t knitted one but I want to knit one for my daughter.
They are all so lovely.
Love the colours......the yellow striped Lento needs to ,,go,, out of the house....such great colours....they need to be seen outside 💜💛
Jana !!!! Another Canadian here 😂♥️♥️♥️🇨🇦
Your Lento #4 is absolutely fantastic! The colour suits you so Much !
After Watching your colourful podcast I really have a boost of energy ! If only more podcast were like yours !

Awwww, thank you so much! ❤️ I'm always happy to see more Canadians here, you feel like home! 😊
i'm doing a lento along with my knitting group in June and this video has made me so excited for it!!
😊 never made a Lento, so perhaps its time🎉
Loved your Lento parade. I have knit a Lento- too late for, but inspired by the Lento Along. It was black in lovely Rowan and mohair. This was such a treat❣️ I would love to seea blanket parade❤ thank you so much for considering my request. I hope you have a lovely week.🌸☺️
Oh, yes, I would love to have a blanket parade! Excellent idea! Thank you! ❤️
Thank you. During watching I work the gauge for my first! Lento. It will be brown like the colour of my fav football team.
Currently knitting one!! Late to the #lentolovekal but I was busy making a cardigan for The Eras Tour! Love it so far! Very mindless!
Loved this special - especially the fashion show at the end.
The beautiful bright colours are perfect Jana 😍
I need to move to Finland, make you my bestie and maybe you'd make me a little one 😘 x
😄❤️
I love your #3 Lento. The brightness is awesome. All of your Lento's are great.
Should be us thanking you for sharing your life with us. Love your scrappy Lento. Hi from England xx
A bit late, but 3. Lento is coming soon 🎉
This was a great episode! Thank you. I just cast on my first lento. I tried to do the KAL but the timing was tough for me.
Have a wonderful week!
Guess i’ll be knitting a summer Lento inspired by you, so Thanks. 👌🏼🤗
Oh so lovely Lento sweaters you have❤
I have 2 Lento sweater and maybe i knit a boucle one too
Ive made my first one last fall and my second one is next up. I’m going to do that one in Suri alpaca and a lace alpaca held double. I also love the pattern. I think it’s a great fit on everyone that Ive seen. Your bright neon colors are gorgeous ❤
Olen neulonut kaksi lentoa ja kolmas on tulossa. Sun värit ovat niin inspiroivia!
Kiitos! 😊
Loved your lento parade at the end❤I have knit 3 and am planning my 4th…they’re just so wearable!
Love the Lento parade at the end. Your Lentos are all fabulous. I think I need to make one now.
Love the episode ❤, it inspired me to knit my first summer lento..I was looking for a pattern for some summer yarn and just ordered the pattern..the pink boucle sweater and the homespun/yellow one are my favourites 🎉 thanks for sharing
Knitted 2 Lentos and planning to knit my 3rd this summer
Lovely episode. I’m a new watcher and really enjoyed this. I’m working on my 3rd and doing pale pinks and stripes.
Ok. I am convinced. And I know now what I am going to buy on the yarn event I am attending this weekend. Thanks Jana. Hugs for you and family
Sweet little Lento parade, Jana! I especially like the colour of your Lento #2. I like easy and will check out this pattern. :D Thank you!
Thank you for sharing your Lento collection!
I haven't knit one yet but it's on my project list for 2025 ( I know.... I'm planning far ahead!)
I'm still debating what yarn to use. Too many beautiful options out there!
My favourite is your scrappy lento. You have such fun with your knitting, love it 🥰
I‘m planning to knit one in Nutiden for myself soon 😍😍 i love your Summer lento and your scrappy lento 😍 there are beautiful 😍😍
Be careful with Nutiden, choose the most drapey blend and knit it at loose gauge. Otherwise the sleeves might look funny (too much bulk and extra fabric).
Omg. The ending! ❤
What a lovely parade! After seeing all of your gorgeous Lento sweaters I definitely need to make a few. I’m intrigued by the simple yet versatile pattern. It looks like a classic staple everyone should have in their wardrobe. I think I’ll need more than one.
I'm working on my third Lento right now!
Ihania lentoja olet tehnyt ❤ mulla on 3 Lento puikoilla
Love your podcasts! Thank you for sharing your knitting life.
Lento means slow in Spanish 😂 I find this funny because i have not made any yet. I love to see your lento family
😄 Luckily this sweater knits up pretty fast.
I´ve recently bought the Lento pattern, but have not started it yet.. I have so much I must finish first😅 Kram! Lotte
Ohhh, it would be fantastic in Noro! Or in mohair scraps! 👍❤️
Thank you for the great idea! ❤️
P.S. Both of those sweaters have been worn a lot! 😄
What a lovely episode ..... your 5th scrappy one is my favourite one - watching you from Canada.

Oh, and you should definitely knit yourself some nice sweater or cardigan. Or maybe a summer top as a starter. 😉
Very inspiring, thank you. Definitely in my queue. I like the subtle effect of the multicoloured mohair with a plain colour as in your number 1 lento.
I made one from the LetsLentoKal but gave it to my husband since it looks better on him.
I love all of your sweaters! This one is definitely on my list to knit. 😊
I have a Lento and I love it ❤ Thankyou for a great episode 🥰
This was fun!
I was just about to start a Lento, but I watched Selma podcast yesterday and she has fitting issues with her lento and is going to frog it. You know her help her out!!!!!!!❤️🇨🇦❤️
Oh, I need to watch that episode. I've made 5 and never had an issue. 🤔 And we even have pretty similar shape and size.
❤❤❤
🍀

It would be perfect in some fun slub summer yarn! 👍
It wasn’t my idea, but I love this Lento video! It’s nice to see the different color and weight combinations you created and how each of them fits a different need. I haven’t cast one on yet, but after this video, I definitely plan to.
They are all so beautiful and unique ❤
Planned to make one this Winter (in NZ) until I saw Selma’s podcast and her lento sleeves. Now not sure , but your ones are lovely.
If you choose a drapey yarn, it's going to be ok. 😉
TU for a very enjoyable video of the Lento sweater❤❤❤
We the North is our home !

I have knit one Lento and I love it.
I’ve knit two, and I am planning a third ❤.
Oh, so cute! Thise last 2 minutes, where you demonstrate all of them outside, for some reason while you were "flying" from right to left, it reminds me of Moomintrols 😄 don't ask why, I can't explain.

Thank you. Very bright and cosy parade ❤
😄❤️
I love all the lentos you have made ♥️
Lovely lento collection Jana
I need a Lento in my wardrobe 😮
I want to make one! Thanks for the inspiration! ❤
I knit one last year and love it
I have knit 2: one with Plötulopi (single strand) and one with handdyed sock yarn + silk mohair 🫶
I’m currently knitting second Lento. I love and wear my first one all the time. I made it in Holst Supersoft and Titicaca held together. This one is Supersoft and alpaca held together. I have plans for more!!
😂❤
Çok güzel olmuş eline sağlık
You've inspired me to make a yellow bouclé Lento!
Yaaay! Sounds like something I would love to knit! 😊❤️
Ive made two and they are not my last 😊. Must knit one in Rauma finull and Nutiden 👌🏻
I have made 3 in a month 🤪🫣 i love them 😊
Wow! You're a machine! 💪😄❤️
I have not made a Lento sweater. I don't plan to, either. There are many great basic raglan patterns, and I don't quite understand why this particular pattern became a huge hit. To each their own. 😊❤️
Thank you enjoyable
Man mīļākais no Tavējiem noteikti ir tas spilgākais 😍 Dikti forša krāsa! 🥰
😊❤️
Love seeing all of your pretty color choices! I currently have my first sweater (Lento) on the needles. Using fingering weight merino single ply held with suri.
Ohhh, that's a beautiful combo! I can imagine how soft it's going to be. 🥰
Nuo sinun Lentopaidat on kaikki aivan ihania! Itse olen neulonut 3 Lentoa ja yhden Seela -paidan, joka on melkeinpä sama.
Minullakin on yksi Seela. 😄
I have heard a few comments about changes to the Laine magazine pattern, but not specifics. Are there any mods that people have made? I have only the magazine pattern and would love to cast one on! Beautiful episode. Thank YoU, Janna. 💖

What a fun Lento parade -- thanks!
Great vlog, ive never knitted one but still loved,do you play the guitar?think i spot one by your side? Thankyou 🙂🌸⭐
I played in my young days, but haven't picked it up for ages.
That was fun to watch, they are all beautiful! ! I've been thinking of making one and buying the Laine magazine but worry about the print being fine and grey therefore hard to read. Did you also say there was a difference between the PDF and the Laine pattern? Thank you!

I love all the bright colors and now i want to knit allll the lentos haha. What size did you knit for Sophia? I have a little girl and she would look so cute in a bright lento 🥰🤩
I'm not sure what size it was, because I made up the pattern. Sofia was probably around 5, but she's tall. 🤷♀️
You are such a talented knitter that you can make it up 🤩💪🏻 thank you for sharing your knitting stories. I really enjoy them. And your name was the inspiration for our little girl. She's called Janna ❤
Oh, that's such an honour! ❤
My lento was my first ever sweater i knit for myself. Unfortunately i was sensitive to the mohair.
I'm sensitive to alpaca, if it's not the brushed kind. Lento works great without the fluff as well. 😉
