For those wondering. The odds that you won't get through the stoplight door on a roll is about 40.2%. The odds of you not getting through 3 times in a row is about 6.5%. The odds of rolling all sixes on 10 dice is about 1 in 60 million or around 0.00000165%.
@OhsoLosoo honestly, that's the easiest one to calculate. Since the odds of rolling a 6 on one die is 1/6, the odds of rolling all sixes is (1/6)^n where n is the number of dice rolled. (1/6)^10 is equal to( 1^10)/(6^10), and since 1 to any power is 1, it reduces to 1/(6^10). 6^10 is 60,466,176. Which is about either 60 million or 60.5 million depending on your significant figures. Funnily enough, this sort of distinction is the origin of the math joke "2+2=5 for exceptionally large values of 2."
Yea the 1 that stumped me for a bit was that 40% on the red/green. I eventually just did the odds of rolling 3 reds in a row outta 4 die because I couldn’t figure out how to approach it starting w/ the green probability haha
game either has a bad random number generator system that isnt really random or more likely puts a lot of weight behind slowing down the first player. Game doesn't want one player winning 4 minigames in a row and making it all the way to end. I bet if he strategically lost more minigames hed have a better chance of winning. Like when he's stuck at a gate, winning the minigame with a huge roll probably decreases the chance it will open.
I one time had a dream that Poof and I were playing this game and we ended up losing to Matt. He gets angry at me and yells “This is all your fault!” I yelled back “No it’s not!” He then points his Wii controller at me and presses a button and a bullet flys out and it goes into my chest and kills me. He then drags me outside to his backyard and gets a shovel to bury me in the ground while “Here Comes The Sun “ by the Beatles plays.
It’s hilarious that even after years of playing this game Party Phil still does whatever he can to make the dynamic duo of Poof and Beef Boss miserable. I know he played Dudy Dude this time but Beef Boss is his baby so you get the point-
"Party Penny told me my bowtie looks extra spiffy today. Thats about the nicest thing anyone's said to me" Poof, a few seconds later: "Wait what did Phil say? It was probably something really stupid"
9:58 Correct me if I’m wrong, but that equation would be (1/6)^10. This results in a natural 60 roll being a 1 in 60,466,176 chance, or a 0.00000165381 percent chance.
You are right, but I dont think the game is programmed to make it possible Edit: maybe in multiplayer is possible, cuz the game can't be biased to a certain player
Wii Party U has a few “amazing feats” which are basically really hard achievements you can earn. Rolling 10 dice in high rollers and getting all the same number is an amazing feat. (It also gives you the 5 dice matching bonus)
Well yes. Getting 7 of a kind with 7 dice on any number is a 1 in 46k chance, while a 10 of a kind with 10 dice on any number is a 1 in 10 million chance. It doesn’t have to be a specific number.
“Party Penny just told me my bow tie looks extra spiffy today. That’s just about the nicest thing anyone has ever said to me” calm down party Phil, it’s only the 14th, not even half way done.
Man, Beginner Difficulty in Wii Party U Highway Roller has to be harder than Beginner Difficulty in Wii Party Board Game Island. I love Wii Party and Wii Party U.
If you want to get technical, Poof also did his "win every minigame" challenge on wii party u against beginners with dudy dude. he quit twice and also lost a complete game. This means dudy dude lost on wii party u beginner difficulty a total of 6 times before winning. Man might take fewer tries to beat master out of pure luck
9:57 The odds of getting a matching bonus with 10 dice is around 0.0000001% or 1 in 10 million. I wouldn’t be surprised if its a lot higher for the CPU with how rigged this game is.

Gaming is not about talent but knowing what to do in the game that you can finish the game. If any talent, its very little. There is only a few different courses, if any, for Wii party. Easily remembered or discarded as gaming because Wii party is absurd and a remote to move your options or character is going to be bad because its a remote. It is obvious but not for everyone. Poofesure should not be playing a Wii or Wii U.

How did you get the last #(60 million)
@@OhsoLosooone in six chance to get a six on an individual die, to the power of ten because there are ten dice. 6^10≈60 mil

This game has literally only ONE board, and this guy still makes us not get bored of it.
he makes us not get board of it
there are other modes in the game
@@gwbosuYes, but he only ever plays this one.
I’m bored of it tbh
@@crystalwoolf So why are you still watching it?
the fact that he wins almost all the mini games but then gets so screwed on the dice rolls is the best part

i love that despite having practically no involvement besides minor narration, party phil is somehow always responsible in the eyes of poof

Holy shit this comment
I'm dying of laughter imaging a Wii Remote being a fully functional gun. XD
This is just… the perfect dream 😩
What did you chug down to have that kind of dream my guy? 💀
I had a dream one time where I was sitting in a bus stop in the middle of a forest and all of a sudden a Native American ran up and tickled my ribs.
I swear this series will never die
Poof could be 78 years old, and I'd still watch him play this game
This is pure gold
We need him to go back and replay mario party 8 on all hard mode
I would love to see him play mario party superstars as well where the insane ai blatantly cheats to get hidden blocks
Facts we do
I agree
i’m all hard mode
He for sure needs to play star battle arena in 8

He’s beat insane, but beginner is still his go to. Only poofesure
the double matt high five at the end did it for me
Poofesure literally has made one of the best Wii party videos in history 🐐
🐐
Finally. The hardest difficulty of Wii Party U has been conquered
Erm, excuse me. Don’t you know what else awaits in Wii Party U?
Thank you for the tutorial on how I can beat this in beginner difficulty! I'll make sure to use this to my next playthrough

your bowtie is absolutely spiffy today
The odds of you getting the rare all 6 matching bonus are approximately 0.000000016538172% or 1/60,466,176. So Mr. Poofesure, there is a chance!
Incredibly unlikely though. Equivalent to winning the lottery!
It’s fishsticks turn for highway rollers
Knowing Poofesure, this has to be his calmest video of Wii Party U yet lmao
Its insane the predicts of results this man has
The odds in rolling all 6’s is 1 in 60.6 million roughly
