I hate to sound nitpicky, but if you pause this video at 10:09, it says that F-Zero X was released in 1990. Heck, the Nintendo 64 wasn't even invented until 1996. F-Zero X actually came out in 1998.

I loved the secret 2 player mode in Jet Force Gemini once you've obtained the robot. Just plugging in a second controller and pressing start, you can help your friend or family by being another shooter
You can play the Inverted Song of Time, makes the clock 3x slower and basically makes the time constraints a nonissue, or at least muuuuuuch less stressful.
Surprised to see Diddy Kong Racing, I feel like the only challenges were the Wizpig races, the second one being a tad annoying. But I loved it nonetheless!

That's why I think the first Turok is great in every aspect but weapons. You missed ONE objective? Back to the BEGINING of the level. Not even somewhere close to the one you missed. Also level design for turok 2 wasn't good. I got to level 5 I think it was and got lost because everything looked the damn same!

I played Conker’s Bad Fur Day lots of times and I can say that it’s a very straightforward game in general. Hard to believe there are people out there who actually struggle so much with the game’s difficulty. Now that’s some mad skill issues right there
5. The only problem I have with the game is it's cheap difficulty. Take for example the rabbit race rematch in Fungi Forest, where even if you use an exploit that lets Lanky start off in the orangu-sprint position, the rabbit will still outrun your movement speed. Or the Krazy Kong Klamour minigames in the later worlds, where they BARELY GIVE YOU ANY TIME AT ALL TO REACT before the screen fades to black. There's also the rocketbarrel missions where it's VERY CLEAR that the rocketbarrel WASN'T DESIGNED WITH SLOW AND CAREFUL NAVIGATION IN MIND! The controls feel too finicky and touchy to navigate properly, and this especially troublesome during sections that require precise navigation like the ring races. But none can hold a candle to the mother of all unfair bullsh!t, BEAVER BOTHER AND THE BEETLE RACES!!! Whenever a beaver reaches the hole, instead of running and falling in, more often than not, it feels more like an invisible barrier prevents them from running in. Even worse, this minigame pops up 3 times throughout the game! Like seriously, SE-RI-OUS-LY, did ANYONE playtest this minigame?! And who could forget the beetle races? You lose tokens if the beetle runs into you and the track is full of sections with tight turns, no guard rails, and sections with tight turns AND no guard rails. And if you fly off the track, you automatically lose and have to do it again!
I have a feeling that the Narrator would love F-Zero to be forgotten because of F-Zero X. But considering that it’s possible that Nintendo are planning on making a new F-Zero game for the upcoming Switch 2, because they recently added both F-Zero Climax and F-Zero GP Legend to NSO’s GBA Expansion, thus hyping some love for F-Zero, F-Zero is likely not going to be forgotten
hate is a strong word for Blast Corps, I loved it as a teen. Sure it does get stupid hard pretty quick but I feel it was a very unique genre of game. Very fun
I loved Buck Bumble but it is quite difficult. The music was so good and enjoyed the shooter mechanics tbh. I also loved DK64 but i know how its viewed by many. You have to love exploration and collectibles
Majora's mask is hard when you first play it but after a while you get to know everything it's quite easy I can get every single mask with my eyes closed
The games so far you've mentioned that I enjoyed IMO even though it's insanely hard are: Castlevania 64, The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask; every other game mentioned I've never played due to no interest.
I dont know if Turok was ever that difficult to me. I know Turok:Evolution on GC and PS2 was a tragedy of a forth entry that released super broken and never shouldve made it to shelves.
Two game I disagree with: CV64 isn't *too* bad, although the first stage is killer thanks to infinitely respawning zombies. Jet Force Gemini's hardest parts are those damned floyd missions, and the requirement to get 100%. The actual gameplay isn't too bad, especially compared to something like, say, Body Harvest (a game that remains criminally ignored).
Does unlocking Ness in Super Smash Bros. 64 count? Even though players can choose the difficulty level in SSB64, unlocking Ness can be a bit of a challenge. However, once you unlock him, Ness is awesome!
I had Star Wars Shadows of the Empire when I was a kid and I could not for the life of me get passed the second stage where you have to fight an AT-ST to get out of Hoth Base. I didnt know you could just get under it and shoot it. Took a long time to kill it too.
California Speed (1998) Now I Played The Arcade version but I heard the Nintendo 64 version was much worse but then again they were TH-camrs younger than me so who am I to Judge honestly
I suck at platformers and I never found Mischief Makers overly difficult, lots of fun but never as difficult as games like Buck Bumble, Blast Corps or Body Harvest.

Why i'm saying Super Mario 64 not Mario game can be that hard oh boy it is because the FREAKING CAMERA is your GREATEST ENEMY in the game! And a hard game dosen't means it's bad because hard games are good defienitily this list's 007 Golden Eye, Majora's Mask, Super Mario 64 and Jet Force Gemini that I LOVE are in Nintendo Switch Online even Jet Force Gemini is in there that I didin't know before it came to NSO what's the BEST way to play N64 games! Have you ever played these games? Mischief Makers, Blast Corps and Star Wars they are not all that hard... Maybe they are hard when you're aiming for 100% completion... But nowhere close unplayably hard
Hold up chief, Conker'a Bad Fur Day is not on par with the other games in this list. I beat that game as a kid and I didn't even understand english. The platforming wasn't as bad as the other games because we (me and my older brother) beat it in one single sitting.
I beat mischief Makers I just never saw the full ending because you got to collect all of the jewels I forget if those are collectibles or not but I did beat it well not fully but technically I did I know that there's jewels in there but I don't remember the actual collectibles to get for the ending
Majora mask isn't really hard more than it's a collectathon. If you don't 100 percent the game it's fairly easy and short. However I believe things could have been shaved down they could have included 4 full heart containers like one for the couples mask. Elimination of 12 pieces.
Glover, Buck Bumble, Blast Corps, Jet Force Gemini. All such underrated classics. But DK64, Majora's Mask, and Conker's Bad Fur Day are among the best games ever made; especially Conker which is in my top 10. But Superman 64, the worst game ever made for me.
