Well, if this wasn’t intense, I don’t know what is 🥵! The burn was real 🔥!! I’m so proud of myself for constantly reassessing throughout the workout and pushing even when it was uncomfortable. Thank you for an empowering start to the morning, Sydney ❤️!!
After too many months of going to bed at 1am, this workout was definitely a challenge. I found the abs exercises really difficult and had to use modifications. However, Sydney’s speech at the end about making myself a priority, and how there’s only so much I can do without enough sleep was really inspiring.
Ok this is intense! I'm not going to be unmotivated bc I'm not where I want to be in this. Instead, I'm going to let it MOTIVATE me! By the end of STF, I'm going to be able to do the ab moves without modifying! That's my goal and I'm going to work during the day towards my goal by eating well, stretching before bed, and going to bed at a decent time.
I never realized how much I missed Sydney until I did this workout. I've been slacking because of Ramadan and being lazy it's not over yet but I'm getting back in!
Sydney, I miss dancing with you at the end! It was always a great way to realize no matter how hard I worked, I still have the energy to do something my body wants to do! All about mind over matter!
I almost didn't show up today. I have always had a love-hate relationship with exercising. And normally I wouldn't have but the biggest compliment someone has given me after I started your workouts (I joined last month with the Shred Program) is "I like that you have started enjoying working out and trying out new things and pushing yourself". Sydney, I hope you realise the magnitude of the effect you are having on people and their relationship with fitness and their body! Day 2 complete ✔️
2nd day here we come. We are doing so well. Doing our best and keep ourselves as priority. Just finished the workout. Still feeling the soreness in my chest muscles and hamstrings and inner thighs from yesterday. 30 minute intense. Finished by doing Sydney's 30 minute deep stretch to calm the body down. Absolutely loving the summertime fine workouts. Looking forward to tomorrow.
My favorite. Love working my abs. Hope I can do this one. Pulled my rib muscle, but going to try. Couldn’t do yesterday’s workout, so I’ll be doing that one on the weekend, but I’m definitely going to push through this workout today. Hope everyone has a great day.. SMILE 💞🥰

@@21071989rak Just remember your ligaments and such are looser. Lower impact and weights, higher reps is always a good plan ;) Ironically, I was fine in my strength training and cardio, it was when I stretched that I ended up dislocating my pelvis!

Hello from Bulgaria,little country by the Black sea....I do Sydneys workouts from august last year....She is the right trener!!!! there is no way, when I hear her voice-my blood is starting to move fast in my body and I just crush every new workout. Im not fit, i have overweight , but this workouts keep my body toned and very strong looked up. Summer is near and with more vegetables and light foods I believe that excelent results will arrived. today I will do day 2 ....right now. Wish all of you health and nonstop motivation! I crushed Day 2 of STF 3.0! The workout was INTENSE and it gave me the motivation I needed to start my day. I’m going to work on finishing my Senior Tax Specialtist Exam. My goal is to pass the exam. I hope everyone has a good day and I’ll see you tomorrow for Day 3.
I don’t think I’ve ever paused so many times in one of your workouts before! But I pushed through mentally like you were saying, and I finished! Thanks, Sydney!
Mam what she said to today really hit me, yesterday I showed up really well and great!! But today mentally and physically I was so drained? That showed up in my well being and in my workout a lot, I still tried to push myself but it was really hard because I was not feeling good! Sydney is so right you need to focus on yourself in all aspects and learn to overcome your stress in a healthy so that it doesn’t affect you in your workout ❤️
Also another note - I LOVE how you don’t include the calories in the thumbnail and video title anymore, and how you don’t put “flat tummy” etc in the workouts!
I am a priority to put my mental health first. attitude going into the workout makes a big difference. studies show that having a great mindset when going in to your workout actually produces better results . Thank you Sydney for the positive attitude always. Sure does help!
I could only do max 40 seconds, sometimes 35 in each round because I am still recovering from COVID. I am still isolating, and still trying to work hard to stay fit. I exercised after 5 days today and I feel so amazing. Thank you, Sydney! I have huge hopes for SF 3.0. Loved the variety of this workout.

This one was super hard for me and I had to pause briefly in the middle of most sets but I pushed though and Sydney saying come-on I know you can do this we can do this I was like okay im doing it to the best of my ability! Hoping tomorrow I can bring a little more energy!

Im not gonna lie, I really couldn’t do the abs, I’m still very beginner and there were some I just could not do but I tried to modify it with just basic crunches. My goal is that by the end of this I could complete a full workout without stopping
Yesss! Modify to where you feel is your best and I swear your abs will get stronger! I started with Sydney in January and I couldn’t even do a simple crunch, and I still modify all the ab moves but I’ve seen so much improvement by just doing what I can at what level I’m at. You’re doing amazing by listening to your body and modifying!! 💛💛
I can’t either and I end up just getting frustrated with myself. I have no ab strength and have had lower back problems. And not being able to do these, ugh it’s so annoying! I just end up feeling discouraged with these specific workouts.
@@koriandr22 Honestly, Sydney is at the extreme top of the fitness scale so do not feel bad if you can't do something the same way she can or if you have to modify...just do YOUR best and work to the best of your ability and you will start to get stronger and more confident as you go 😉👍 Keep pushing and don't give up!!! So glad I can still do your workouts with modifications while 6 months pregnant! I took a break from strict weightlifting when I started my second trimester. I am now nearing the end of the second tri and I am loving your videos and tips for form and modifications. I still modify more with and but I love your style!

@@lisatowle6016 I was out after a bunion surgery last November, this one is a six week recovery at least! I may be able to stationary cycle after 3 weeks. But no lifting 😢!
Love your workouts so much! Yesterday in Lake Oswego, Oregon I went to finalize selections on tile and grout for our remodel. I was talking to the lady who is helping us and we got to talking about exercise. I told her I had the very best online exercise teacher. She started telling me about her’s. Did this workout again as a pick-me-up after a hard week of school! Loved it. And as always, appreciate the pep talk at the end about how even though perfect consistency in working out and being the healthiest is impossible because of life, it is always possible to make decisions that tip the balance toward health and away from the opposite.
Finally got the postpartum okay from my doctor to workout, and I'm ready to get back in it with you! Completed this with a baby on the mat watching me, buy hey, whatever works. And I only needed to modify the last core move, which made me feel really good. This felt great, thank you!
For real Sydney's workouts are the only ones that truly motivate me and I enjoy. I can do her 30 min workouts without any problem but other youtuber's workouts bore me at 10 min.
Just for fun, I looked at the video views when I started this workout and then refreshed the page and looked when I was done and, when I did the math, 785 people were working out to this video while I was! I love that!!
Shew this workout made me realize I should’ve been doing abs on thursdays while Sydney was pregnant bc going all those months without it has made abs HARD 😅

Honestly, I was not "in the mood" for a cardio workout. I have a hard time getting into a zone during them. However, I did it anyway and did the best I could today.

I am a priority to put my mental health first. attitude going into the workout makes a big difference. studies show that having a great mindset when going in to your workout actually produces better results . Thank you Sydney for the positive attitude always. Sure does help!

I could only do max 40 seconds, sometimes 35 in each round because I am still recovering from COVID. I am still isolating, and still trying to work hard to stay fit. I exercised after 5 days today and I feel so amazing. Thank you, Sydney! I have huge hopes for SF 3.0. Loved the variety of this workout.

This one was super hard for me and I had to pause briefly in the middle of most sets but I pushed though and Sydney saying come-on I know you can do this we can do this I was like okay im doing it to the best of my ability! Hoping tomorrow I can bring a little more energy!

Im not gonna lie, I really couldn’t do the abs, I’m still very beginner and there were some I just could not do but I tried to modify it with just basic crunches. My goal is that by the end of this I could complete a full workout without stopping
Yesss! Modify to where you feel is your best and I swear your abs will get stronger! I started with Sydney in January and I couldn’t even do a simple crunch, and I still modify all the ab moves but I’ve seen so much improvement by just doing what I can at what level I’m at. You’re doing amazing by listening to your body and modifying!! 💛💛

I can’t either and I end up just getting frustrated with myself. I have no ab strength and have had lower back problems. And not being able to do these, ugh it’s so annoying! I just end up feeling discouraged with these specific workouts.

@@koriandr22 Honestly, Sydney is at the extreme top of the fitness scale so do not feel bad if you can't do something the same way she can or if you have to modify...just do YOUR best and work to the best of your ability and you will start to get stronger and more confident as you go 😉👍 Keep pushing and don't give up!!! So glad I can still do your workouts with modifications while 6 months pregnant! I took a break from strict weightlifting when I started my second trimester. I am now nearing the end of the second tri and I am loving your videos and tips for form and modifications. I still modify more with and but I love your style!

@@lisatowle6016 I was out after a bunion surgery last November, this one is a six week recovery at least! I may be able to stationary cycle after 3 weeks. But no lifting 😢!

Love your workouts so much! Yesterday in Lake Oswego, Oregon I went to finalize selections on tile and grout for our remodel. I was talking to the lady who is helping us and we got to talking about exercise. I told her I had the very best online exercise teacher. She started telling me about her’s. Did this workout again as a pick-me-up after a hard week of school! Loved it. And as always, appreciate the pep talk at the end about how even though perfect consistency in working out and being the healthiest is impossible because of life, it is always possible to make decisions that tip the balance toward health and away from the opposite.

Finally got the postpartum okay from my doctor to workout, and I'm ready to get back in it with you! Completed this with a baby on the mat watching me, buy hey, whatever works. And I only needed to modify the last core move, which made me feel really good. This felt great, thank you!

For real Sydney's workouts are the only ones that truly motivate me and I enjoy. I can do her 30 min workouts without any problem but other youtuber's workouts bore me at 10 min.

Honestly, I was not "in the mood" for a cardio workout. I have a hard time getting into a zone during them. However, I did it anyway and did the best I could today.
