When I did this workout the first time last year, it was literally my third day working out with Sydney. I had started my journey with summertime fine 3.0 and did this workout with 4-8 lb weights and even body weight for most exercises. Today, when I used my heavy resistance bands and lifted the heaviest weights I have, I realized how much stronger I have become. And the stretch today made me realize how much more flexible I have become too! No amount of gratitude will justify the difference that Sydney has made to my life. Seriously contemplating getting some heavier weights 💪🏼🏋🏻♀️
My 14 year old daughter decided to join me today - too bad i cant give the video two thumbs up lol. I'm so proud of her and thank you Sydney for encouraging her to continue being confident in her own strength!!

I also notice that people try too hard to be positive because I think they think it’s mean or wrong to not like a video. Realistic feedback is very important otherwise Sydney can’t possibly know if something isn’t working. I am always looking to see people who have actually finished it and who are genuine in their opinion of it. But those are so few. Most comment they love it within minutes and clearly have had no time to do it. This doesn’t help Sydney at all IMO
I LOVED this workout! I was able to safely bump up to my 30lb. dumbbells in sumo squats! A big THANK YOU to Sydney for continuing to help us show ourselves that we’re so much stronger than we can imagine ❤️!!

I’m sitting here coming up with so many excuses not to do this. (Got my second vaccine yesterday and my body aches, got my period this morning and my back hurts, my daughter was up all night so I’m exhausted) but I’m about to chug some pre-workout and crush it anyways because I know I’ll feel so much better after I do. So committed to this workout program and mostly just committed to Sydney and all the hard work she puts in for us. ❤️
Just finished day 3 and I'm commenting because it's like a personal checkmark for me. This was insane. I used the resistance band and my muscles were crying. 10/10 would recommend
Summertime fine 3.0 is definitely giving me chance to slow down and focus on each exercise, feel in to the technique! Can't wait to get heavier dumbells so I can see some more progress in my strength! Those side leg lifts were the most challenging for me! Great job Everyone! I LOVED the first half of this workout!!! Isolating each leg with the super sets and incorporating the bands. been consistant for over a year now with Sydney's programs and still impressed with the variety and uniqueness of each video. And, of course, LOVED her outfit.
My second time through STF 3.0 and I am remembering now why I loved it!! The best STF of all. Far surpases 2023's. Feels good to see how much stronger I am this time around.

I still don't have glutei resistance bands! Still an amazing workout though. To make up for not having the bands, I just pulsed a lot of the moves, and I WAS SHAKING!!

Sydney - I love when you go into detail about what's going on with our bodies. So interesting! Just before I worked out. I texted a friend and said, I didn't work out. Then I changed my clothes for my workout and changed my mind. I came and made it to the cool down. I'm glad I did!

Crushed it! Awesome focus on the glutes. Went up to 20lb dumbbells on the deadlifts… my heaviest weights yet. So inspired by all the comments! As always, thanks Sydney for the great workouts!
