The mouthpiece does not open easily. The video is very misleading on this point. The device is irritating enough to use that I’m thinking of discontinuing the medicine. Shame on Lupin. It has taken a process that was simple and easy with the spiriva mouthpiece and made ithe process annoying and irritating

I have to agree with the comments below. It is VERY difficult. Also have to use tweezers to remove used capsule. I am complaining to my insurance about this. I rather use the the competition. I didn't choose you was forced to use by insurance company. Also the results of the capsule are NOT as good as Spiriva was!!
