No offense, you didn't have to do that with the old inhalers that didn't have "Counters" on them to make them work if they got stuck. Which in my case, NEVER did. Not everyone's asthma attacks has time to wait 24 hours to clean the actuator if an asthma attack comes on so sudden. Sure there are other ways to get rid of an Asthma attack. But what if you're new to asthma and asthma symptoms, and don't know the other asthma remedies. They'll start freaking out trying to get the actuator to start working for 20 seconds, realize they can't get it to work, then spend another 20 seconds trying to look it up. But what if their phone is dead? Or their wi-fi is gone? To be completely honest, why add a problem with the actuator, when you can eliminate the problem and safe more lives to begin with? My advice, make a better actuator that doesn't get stuck when it becomes "Clogged" Or Better yet, find the original design patent for the original actuator, and just use that instead. No one really looks at the counter when they have an asthma attack anyway. All they want is to breathe and not have to worry about how many more doses they have left. I know I never do. I'm old school and gauge it by shaking the canister. The more I feel in there, "I'm good." The less I feel in there, "I'm running a bit low," to "Ok I need some more." Plus you can slowly hear when you start running low and running out. So again, my advice as an asthmatic using your product, either ditch the counter, ask the manufacturer of the canister to add a counter on the top of the canister like Symbicort has, or make the L shaped opening where the aerosol comes out a bit more open, and leave the counter. But to be completely honest, I think the counter is getting in the way when you press down on the white pad on the inside whether or not the canister is in there. Think about it, Symbicort's canister never gets clogged and stuck. At least for me. And the counter for that is on the top of the canister. So why add the counter onto the inhaler, when that's actually causing the canister to get stuck. It's not really clogged at all. I can cut open an actuator and show you that it's not actually clogged and the counter is getting in the way. I never had that "Clogged" problem with the old white inhalers from the 90's, and I could be wrong, but I don't think anyone else did. So... Why make a problem that shouldn't exist for any asthmatic in the first place knowing, they might be having an asthma attack and need their inhaler asap, but the counter is in the way of the spring mechanism. Waste of valuable time on an asthmatics end. I know, because I'm tired of using my inhaler, and constantly running into that problem when everything is cleared out. Speaking of which, I woke up this morning and had an asthma attack, my canister is doing the saaame thing over and over again. I've dealt with asthma since I was 4 and I'm 33 now. Sure a lot of people have had asthma for longer, others not so long, and new people who have never had asthma before. But again, why create a problem, when there shouldn't be one to begin with. Especially when they need their asthma meds ASAP. Just make it the actuator better instead, tell the manufacturer of the canister to add a counter to the top of the canister, and do thorough testing through an above normal cycle after the aerosol is supposed to run out. Say maybe 600 actuations, and make sure it doesn't get clogged and stuck. I gaurantee you it won't get stuck and "Clogged", and you'll have a lot more happy asthmatics.

I have to agree with the comments below. It is VERY difficult. Also have to use tweezers to remove used capsule. I am complaining to my insurance about this. I rather use the the competition. I didn't choose you was forced to use by insurance company. Also the results of the capsule are NOT as good as Spiriva was!!

How about a video on how to remove the capsule from the inhaler??????

Very poor quality inhaler. Never comes close to 200 sprays before it is empty. Maybe 50 sprays. This has happened at least four times so not a fluke.
