My folks loved to camp, fish, canoe, gold digging, and hiking. Mom would pack up the camper and dad the gear off we would go. We have many found memories and photos from these adventures of one or two of us 5 siblings being in strollers to play pens at campsites. I know it's hard with a little one, but you two make a great team. Before you know it, that precious little one will be toddoling right with you making these times that much more endearing. Have you watched The Adventurer Jim Braid from Canada. Him and his beautiful wife Tori have two young boys. Wesley is the oldest, and he is handicapped, precious little boy, and the second is Hudson, about 16+ months old. They do it all. Happy Summer Blessings

Another great adventure with the Tiny Cabin and the Steward Family. Such a great place to camp out (with the exception of all the bugs) for a few days. We have a town in Michigan on Lake Superior that's also called Grand Marais. I've been there a few times while exploring The Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore in the U.P. Thanks for taking us to Minnesota's Grand Marais. Also, thanks for showing us all the great scenery on the Minnesota and Canadian border. Were you camped near the Boundary Waters? 🙏 👨👩👧
I saw that as well while searching for beaches around Grand Marais! Michigan kept popping up lol. Pictured Rocks is incredible!! I’ve been there in the summer and winter. Such a beautiful place. This was right near the Boundary Waters 😁👍🏽👍🏽
I enjoy watching the video. The scenery is magnificent. My two criticisms I have about the video are, 1. This is out of your control. Thats the bugs. Welp you are in their territory. NOTHING anyone can do about them. The 2n thing is, I understand the internet might come after me. It's at 11:14 I understand you were careful crossing that miniature BROKEN bridge. The thing that I see is that ANYTHING can happen. Your SAFETY. You could have fall. Anything could have happened and you probably couldn't either get back on the scooter or just injured to get back to your wife and child safely. Phone connection probably bad. The bridge wasn't secured. Just think 2x You'll be surprised to hear how some ppl get injured or paralyzed by minor fall Be careful and enjoy the outdoors and thanks for sharing
When I was on the road in the tractor trailer, I did the same thing when I was out in the boonies and there’s no bathroom. I used the garbage can of garbage bag and I had paper towels or toilet paper. I did the same thing that you just demonstrate.

Enjoyed your adventures on Rock the Park and enjoying your family adventures as well. My youngest is just a month older than Olivia so I know the challenge of bringing the whole family; but boy is it worth it. If you ever feel like heading down south I’d recommend camping at Philpott Lake in VA. Nice swim beaches, boating, and a great base camp to explore the area. The Blue Ridge Parkway (you’d love Mayby Mill and Rock Castle Creek Gorge) is and the there are some great waterfalls and trails Hanging Rock State Park in NC. The Dan River is also a chill river for boating or tubing with some massive cliffs to float by. And if you wanted some hard core hiking there is a segment of the original AT that the first thru hiker thought was the best part of the whole trail in the area too, Just an area I think y’all would really love (and way less bugs than y’all have in MI). Anyway, keep enjoying having adventures.

Next time you go out on your tiny cabin get Olivia a portable swing so you can take her out side with a tent like the one you use for toilet needs lol so you and your little family can all enjoy the outdoors

She is not actually, but thankfully we don’t have any snakes to worry about up there. Inside the cabin we try to just open and close the door as fast as possible. If they get really bad, we pull out the old bug zapper lol

If you ever feel like heading down south I’d recommend camping at Philpott Lake in VA. Nice swim beaches, boating, and a great base camp to explore the area. The Blue Ridge Parkway (you’d love Mayby Mill and Rock Castle Creek Gorge) is and the there are some great waterfalls and trails Hanging Rock State Park in NC. The Dan River is also a chill river for boating or tubing with some massive cliffs to float by. And if you wanted some hard core hiking there is a segment of the original AT that the first thru hiker thought was the best part of the whole trail in the area too,
Just an area I think y’all would really love (and way less bugs than y’all have in MI).

She is not actually, but thankfully we don’t have any snakes to worry about up there. Inside the cabin we try to just open and close the door as fast as possible. If they get really bad, we pull out the old bug zapper lol
You can cut a pool noodle to go around the top of your toilet bucket and it would be a tad bit more comfortable. 🙂
