I wish Mitsubishi allowed the rear seats on the sedan model to fold down. Being able to fold down the seats on the hatchback model makes it more attractive for hauling stuff. I heard it was rated 43 mpg on highway, and the owner told me he would get 40 mpg. These cars get great gas mileage!
I had the opportunity to try out a G4 sedan and I’m now convinced this is more of a car for me as I’m 5ft 10 and find it a really comfortable riding commuter car and the back seat is really spacious for a big guy like me. Now it’s time to get my ducks in a row to obtain one though I’d be seeking a used one well a 2018 model either way I’m totally sold on the G4 but it’s not quite time for one yet.

The centre console is there in the centre. This model doesn't have cruise control hence the blank space on the right side of the steering wheel. 41 mpg.
Where’s the armrest in the middle between the seats I live somewhere hilly, if I have to floor it to get up all the hills with a 78 hp motor and having to keep it a 5k rpm to move, won’t that take a lot of fuel and reduce mileage.
@@cameronschindler25 this one does not come with an arm rest but that can be added as an accessory. If you were to do that kind of driving it could possibly take some extra fuel. I have never tried it so can't answer yes or no.

Thank you for the comment, the armrest is available in the SE trim level and not the ES trim level as shown. Mitsubishi also has an accessory armrest kit that can be added to any model.

What does it need for 2019: autonomous braking system with pedestran detection, TELESCOPING steering wheel, a strong, subwoofer equipped high powered audio system and power sunroof (both available as options on the upper level G4) and 60/40 folding rear seats ( again, on the upper level model )...do this all at a reasonable price and you'd have a TRUE winner for sale. This is an economy car. Simplicity is key. Autonomous braking is no substitute for proper defensive driving. You should always be scanning your sides and feathering your throttle when going through residential areas, gas stations, and packed parking lots.
