Fun part is you're not wrong. Hell if they're where I think they are they probably know what I look like. There is multiple ways to get there by the way sleep deprivation and cornfield aint necessarily the easiest way. Distracted driving and pine forest is actually a little bit easier.
Honestly, Arkalina sounds like the perfect setting for an urban dark fantasy RPG. Something like Tales from the Loop but themed around cryptids and witchcraft, and the player-characters are typically disaffected millennials. And also internet access is practically non-existent, since Arkalina exists in another dimension off the general grid of information tech. Cellphone towers are your best bet for high-end communication, and even then you've gotta watch out for phone spiders.

My five cents about doing intros: don't need them. My first episode was Punch Ups and Punches Down, which is probably the most chaotic episode by far. I didn't know a single person there except Mandy, and I don't think anyone was even introduced or name dropped explicitly in the entire episode. I absolutely loved it, probably my fav episode ever.
The good thing about intros is the constant fight about having an intro, it's the best. I wish they never stop talking about intros

Are we absolutely positive that the whole flopping down on the bed and wiggling around thing and then forgetting about it wasn't like a seizure or something? When I was a teenager I remember my friend finding out they were prone to seizures by spilling an entire tray of weed probably like 8 g that was busted up ready to be smoked by the squad and this dude was holding it and just flops over and has a seizure and the weed goes everywhere which of course doesn't matter we weren't mad about it or anything we were just glad he was okay.
