I love how Duke shows concern for people he barely knows, like how he was genuinely furious that Sarrano tricked Dead Echo into killing innocents, or his refusal to leave the ship until he knows Isshi will pull through. It’s a side of him you don’t get to see much, considering he’s usually alone when he’s fighting aliens. He may be a horny egomaniac, but he truly is a good guy.

I think turning Duke into a charachter that just randomly shows up in different games and replaces the main charachter without knowing what the hell is going on would be the radest idea ever, but it would most likely also be a licensing nightmare.

Growing up in the '90s seeing Duke in action was awesome. Seeing Duke in Bulletstorm not knowing why he's here is the best story and I hope they bring Duke back in a sequel for Bulletstorm 2 if it ever comes the light of day

OMG! This is THE game that DNF should've been! Duke is amazing in this: he's like Ash in "Army of Darkness"! Everyone acting all dramatic around him and he just doesn't understand\give a damn about most of what's going on but he still tries to do the right thing! And he gets his ass beaten once or twice too! Although he shrugs it off with jokes, that makes him more human.
Something that surprised me throught my playthrough of this is how chill of a dude Duke Nukem was. Like he made wisecracks but he actually seemed to care for the most part, even while being incredibly confused about his surroundings.
i wish the AI reacted to Duke rather than just add a few lines that make it obvious he isnt supposed to be in the game also would have been funnier if each time they call you grey duke just goes "who the fuck is grey?"
