@@chaydium2535 XD yeah I feel like capes would definitely be a problem with movement and honestly would probably get more people killed, in-game universe speaking ofc-
I have about 170 hours on helldivers and honestly this game is so much more fun, sure the graphics arent as good and there isnt as much content, but its just so much more fun and the people who play are so much nicer.
Man i want this game to be good. It still looks bad... Maybe if helldivers wasn't a thing but i dont think this game is where it needs to be to justify buying. 😢
@@don8659 yeah its still rough rn, but it also still offers something that helldivers doesn't, 16 player coop instead of 4, permanent first person (I personally cant get immersion in helldivers because of third person)
And both games are intense and chaotic, but starship feels more raw and not artificial ig, for instance I've had a handful of matches where most of the time its fairly peaceful and everything is going smoothly, then 5secs later 3-4 troopers are blown to piece right in front of me from plasma and massive waves hit the base walls all at once and everything starts crumble to pieces
Yes the game doesn't have alot of content rn and the grind isn't very long, but the feeling you get playing starship over helldivers when the game works is unmatched (in my opinion ofc ik others like different styles of gameplay)
@@RedIncStudio yeah I get the FPS niche. It definitely has potential, especially if they keep building on it but 10$ more than Helldivers I think is a turn off. Unless you absolutely want 16 buddies or want the "real thing" for starship troopers other than the Helldivers knock off. I grew up on starship troopers so I been wanting this game to release. But I think what makes killing bugs appealing Helldivers does better. The dismemberment is visually better as is the bugs AI. Though I do think the capes are over the top. Is this final release or early access?
Dumbest, comment I have ever heard. It is an objective based, base building and horde shooter. This isn't Left 4 Dead. Go elsewhere you argument is, fucking retarded.
@@BenFoster-cx4em A game that is, objective based, about base building and about survival, while fending off hordes of bugs. This isn't Left 4 Dead, quit complaining. The game isn't pointless, Hell Divers is, literally the exact same thing and gee I wonder where Hell Divers got the inspiration from. Sorry, but the good guys? What are you 12? Go back to Fortnite and let the Men play a real game.
that would literally ruin the entire game. either you are going to get super effective bug players who ruin the horde experience, or you are going to make bug players weak enough to preserve the horde experience, but make bugs unplayable because nobody wants to die and reengage 700 times a round
As long as its a desert map with decent light its bloody amazing for any Starship Troopers fan.
That was epic when you ran for the dropship! 😮
One of the best things I like is the Command and Conquer sounding A.I. voice. Building.......
@@laserdawn6527 For me it's the corpses piling up for the bugs to climb over the walls
@@RedIncStudio yeah definately :)
Now all we need is a couple more maps, a couple more game modes, and a harder difficulty.
@@aaroncall5274 definitely
I pre-ordered the game 1-2 years ago and it looks so different from when I last played it's crazy.
Yeah it's changed and improved a lot, still alittle "buggy" and unoptimized
But the chaos and intensity has increased I feel, like it feels more raw sometimes
i grind that game before but after the update I've lost all my unlocked weapons and attachments
How long ago did you last play, I believe 0.7 brought a weapon and class overhaul and wiped everyone's progress
And there's no stupid capes!

The capes are awesome. You lack style
@@yellow242 sure yeah if I were in an interstellar war with an army of giant murderous bugs, one of my top priorities would be "Style"🙄
What is the full name of the game
Starship Troopers: Exterminaton
Had it since beta Its ok hell divers is better though
can't imagine it being any good. it was so add during the betas

Nah. Bro's huffing copium
Better than helldivers no....I bought this and went back to helldivers after one night

If anyone asks if they should buy any game that they are on the fence about, I usually just say to wait till it's on sale, it's always the safe option

unless you can play pvp where one side is the aliens and the other side the good guys, this is pointless.

Lmao go back to cod
What a stupid comment 😂 as the guy above said..go back to cod

The Bug Threat is, imminent ETA, NOW! Best game, I have played in Years and I like much better than, Hell Divers.
