NGL i was sort of hoping for another bannerlord episode, you've been selling it to me well, but i'm glad to see you're also playing the TW :) Culture penalty can be partially fixed by overbuilding the buildings with the culture debuff; going to the next city level will give you 40% or so equalisation, but on the way there you may as well overbuild as much as you can in Corduba just to keep it onside.
