As a twin mom I’m rolling my eyes so hard…people would stop in for 5 minutes a day and say the same thing to me…unless you’re with a mom 24/7 you don’t know what goes on…you do you girl! Anyone who watches you regularly knows you love all your children with your whole heart! Love you!
I totally agree! I always feel so bad when she has to explain herself but that’s sadly the “cancel culture” coming out… very disappointing. And I never did the math this is such a good point! About the 1% of her day! That’s nothing!!
What is wrong with people? I have never once looked at one of your videos and thought "wow, she's a horrible mom, she only likes one of her kids." I look at your videos and am in awe of how great you are with all of them, and how well you are handling 3 kiddos, while also pumping, breastfeeding, barely sleeping, and still vlogging.

It’s okay Colleen. True fans understand your vlogs only show a fraction of your day. In fact, I’ve done the math. If you post a 20 minute video, that is literally 1% of your day that we are seeing. We know you love all your kids and spend time with all of them sometime during the 99% of your day we don’t see ❤️

Twin mom here! I can remember constantly being told I favored one, or being asked if I favored my daughter bc I wanted a girl and had only had boys until her, then that I favored him bc I was used to boys...You can't win! You know and your children know how you love them. The opinions of others is irrelevant. Keep doing the amazing job you are doing, loving them all!
Tortilla talk question: I’m curious to hear more about how you’re potty training Flynn and how that’s going! You haven’t really talked about that and it’s definitely a huge step when it comes to childhood development, in addition to breastfeeding and all the other stuff you talk about more often. I literally just typed something about this.. I know we only see a snapshot of her day but it doesn’t seem like they have started trying.. which is surprising to me because he is so smart and communicative I would think it wouldn’t be a terribly difficult transition. He really should be only wearing a pull up so he can at least try.
she’s said multiple times she doesn’t want to talk about his potty training on the internet. so he could definitely be trying and it could be going well but she doesn’t want to share it, which is completely understandable
Yeah, she's said that it's private and that there are some things she doesn't want to share with the world. They have started tho, he's got a potty chair thing that was in their kitchen area at one point, oh also they have mentioned it a little bit on the podcast, they said that Flynn is scared to poop cos he's had a bad experience with constipation, so he holds it in and pretends he doesn't need to go, and that he only wants to go standing up in his nappy (diaper). So they have talked a little about it, but mostly, especially on the vlogs, they don't wanna talk too much about it cos they don't want Flynn to be embarrassed when he's older. Hope this helps

Omg can relate! Twin mom here. We act according to our children’s needs. One of my boys love to be hugged and held. The other ones not so much. He just want to be near me n lay down on my tummy while drinking his milk. Every baby is different. Don’t judge us! We love our babies! LOL.
My mother had three girls and she would say “I love you all equally but for different reasons.” I always liked that. How ever you love your children is the right way. You are doing great! ❤️

Honestly just do a whole video about ADHD tips to make motherhood doable. It’s a big concern for me! Lol
Going off meds was fine for me. Lists helped and same with schedules. I got used to being all over the place but it was nice to get back on them after baby was born.
My best recommendations for the hell of calendars is actually a daily calendar GAME CHANGER after years of weekly/ monthly planners. Helped me get the responsibilities done etc. you can literally see where your time is and if you can’t do it when you can
I love when Flynn got SUPER serious when you asked him to watch the twins while you eat your chili. As a big sister I felt that 😂
I would just like to say as an older sibling of twins that I get tears in my eyes every time I see you spending time with Flynn. Growing up I always experienced my Mom holding at least one baby. While I love my brothers, I also constantly struggled to grasp for the smallest bit of individual bonding time with my parents. I am so impressed and proud of your ability to care for all three of your beautiful children so well together and also giving them those one on one memories.

Anyone who’s actually taken care of babies knows they have different temperaments, some are ok hanging out by themselves, some need more snuggles to be happy. Anyone who thinks you have favorites is just looking for something to be upset about. You’re a fantastic mom for giving your individual babies what they need based on their individual temperaments! ❤️

These blogs really show how great of a mom you are. You are SO ENGAGED with you kids and you make sure your kids know how much you love them. Eric and you are such great parents, honestly a little jealous of your kids. You set such a good example for all of us out there.

Why aren't people asking why Erik didn't hold Maisy? He didn't hold her at all in that tiktok. Nobody seems to care about that. Nobody is questioning if he is a good dad or if he loves the kids less. All 3 kids are getting love. If you have watched Colleen for more than 10 seconds you know how much she loves her kids. It's along the same lines of when a mom shows herself out and people ask where her kids are? Like she is never allowed to be away from them. Both of these types of comments literally don't make sense, but I see them far too often.
Honestly the only neglect I’ve seen from the small portion of your life you choose to show us is towards yourself. Your a great mama but don’t forget to treat yourself well girl. You deserve it ! 🤍
Tortilla talk question: how did the bellybutton game start? Watching Flynn run around with his bellybutton out cracks me up every time. P.s. I love watching your videos so much. Knowing how pregnancy was for you helped me feel less alone when my own pregnancy wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows.
Ok I want to say this for you and any other twin mamas. Social media people aside, I used to beat myself up about spending “equal” time with both babies. It stressed me out so much. But then I realized- some days I connect more with one baby and the next day I will connect with the other. It does a disservice to BOTH babies to worry about having things equal all the time. It always evens out.
Similarly, they go through phases. If one is teething I’m not going to leave that baby to spend time with my other baby who is totally fine playing alone that day. You have to give your time to who needs you. This is part of being a sibling and a family! No one can have all the attention all the time and shouldn’t keep score

Tortilla talk question: as we know children grow fast and everyday they become more themselves, Colleen what is one thing about each of your children that stands out to you most or something they do or a trait they have that you love a lot at this moment in time?
I nannied for identical twins and the parents would make sure they were equally with each baby so neither baby would favor either of them. Didn’t work! By like 9 months one of them was obsessed with dad and the other one obsessed with mom! And they tried so hard! Don’t worry about it!!! You’re doing great!
Truthfully… I have seen parents play favourites and it’s heartbreaking… ironically they weren’t twin or triplet families but just families with 3/4 single children. (For the record I’m not assuming they were favourites, but the parents actually ADMITTED TO IT!)

Hiii Colleen I just wanted to let you know that I have watched you for about 4 years now and your videos throughout those years have really helped me so much knowing that other people struggle and are sad sometimes to I am not claiming to have a mental problems but I was very sad for a long period of time and your videos did really help me so thank you for honestly being a great inspiration and helpful to me and many other people I am sure 😊
I’m not saying this in a rude way but these rants are so over done and over thought. It’s the internet people are going to find something to complain about especially towards content creators. And she really needs to stop giving them attention because it’s really ruining the vlogs. I feel like the only thing to expect from these vlogs at this point is her complaining and ranting and it just sucks because I really did used to enjoy her content.

Which sucks because after this one I decided to unsubscribe which isn’t something I wanted to do but it’s not worth it or worth holding out hope that it’ll stop at some point.

I am going though hard times right now in my marriage of 29 years (separating), some days you and your vlogs are the only thing that makes me smile. Especially the babies and Flynn. thank you Colleen! Your vlogs do make a difference in peoples lives.

It affected me too.
I tried to rationalise and understand why Colleen spoke like that and why she behaved like that, I've empathised with what she shares in her videos on this platform......but it wasn't sitting right with me
Being an empath and feeling upset in seeing how it had affected thousands of viewers that were being dismissed also, I thought about apologising to them because of how they were being completely ignored when we know Colleen reacts to even just one comment on her channel (when it suits her to again talk about her).....but it still wasn't sitting right with me
So I typed in my search engine " A person that talks about all of their problems all of the time and then dismisses your feelings"
I learnt (and pretty much what I was learning through my own observations) is THE 5 TYPES OF NARCISSISTIC BLAME-SHIFTING.
You can do your own informed research into this if you wish.
It also talks about what "You" can do!
Basically the only way to respond to these tactics they use, is to stand up and walk away!!
They will never admit to their actions, but will use the 5 Blame-shifting tactics.
