My biggest motivation are these people.
They are my inspiration to pursue a career where people save people.
Life long and prosper for these capedless heroes.

I'm wondering why you all aren't wearing your National Registry Patches ?

I know this comment was a year ago, but it’s not mandatory to wear the national registry, you can if you want to but not everyone will do it haha.

Anybody else wondering, why there´s no Headrest on the Driverseat?!

Because private ambulances are cheap, and greedy

@@williams.7572 Unless my eyes are off, she's driving a Mercedes. Check the steering wheel... So that eliminates "cheap". Doesn't answer your question though. Private companies are greedy... I'm a former EMT Intermediate during the 1980s and Military Board Qualified Medic in the 90s. In '95 my mother needed EMS and I followed in my car. The ambo crew tried to invent extra billable "services" - specifically for an IV that they never started and EKG they didn't take. They weren't counting on a family member who was Registered before they were in puberty... When I confronted them and wrote my Natl Reg # on their run sheet they damn near wet themselves. I only hope they learned a lesson from that. I'd love to see American EMS become more like the UK and Australia.

All of this and yet EMTs are paid literally minimum wage. What a trash video

We don’t do it for the money but I agree.
