Just a correction on the 10:29 part, French draws were lesser with even higher cutoffs in 2023 (ranging to even 490..). So, it is natural for cutoffs to increase towards the end of the year. This is exactly what happened in 2023 too. I think French will be very suitable and easier (cutoff wise) for years to come since a lot of people get demotivated/have responsibilities/age out that reduces points etc. French will have low cutoffs for years to come in my opinion. Just that cutoffs usually rise as the year closes in.
Thank you for pointing that out and sharing your insight! 🙌 You’re right-French draws did see higher cutoffs toward the end of 2023. It’ll be interesting to see how future draws evolve and if these patterns continue. Thanks again! 😊
@@Moving2Canadainfo No issues :) Nice video! French is a great way to increase points. A lot of prospective immigrants are not able to get CLB 7 in French tests so the demand doesn't increase that much.
Hey, that CRS score looks solid! 👏 Just curious-what Express Entry programs did you qualify for? It might feel impossible right now, but trust us, there are loads of resources to help you break into the Canadian job market! 💪 We have a guide for newcomers-packed with tips on finding jobs in Canada, networking, and making your application stand out! You’ve got this! 🙌 moving2canada.com/work/finding-jobs/
@ But to be a newcomer you have to be IN Canada, and it’s impossible to move there without a job, so how can I get Canadian work experience if I can’t move there? I feel like I’ve read every webpage about Canadian immigration and visas and there is no option that will get me there, despite my partner and I having degrees and him being in a well paid job.
That’s great for them! 😊 If you want to learn more about what IRCC looks for in common-law partnerships and the requirements for a Spousal Open Work Permit (SOWP), you can check out this guide below: moving2canada.com/immigration/family-sponsorship/spousal-open-work-permit-sowp/
