How would you recommend me going about serving different types of popcorn out of a snack cart for weddings/events. Any specific machine you would recommend? And would you recommend getting one machine for each type I’d be serving or is it better to have one machine and clean it each time before switching flavors? Just watched a bunch of your vids and been enjoying them!
This is just my opinion but to keep it simple, I would determine how many attendees and then figure out how much of each flavor and pop it before hand like a popcorn bar that has premade popcorn in buckets or baskets. I would consult with the party giver to determine if they want like a self serve in baskets or maybe prepackaged into bags with a custom tag to commemorate their event. In addition to that if you are going to be there the whole time, I would get a theater style popcorn popper on a cart. Probably an 8oz size, and pop butter popcorn, so you have that awesome smell and puts on a little show for folks to draw them in. Plus who doesn't love hot buttered popcorn?
