Don't put all your work on Behance or Dribble. Maybe one or two finished projects but link back to your own site with that shows your full portfolio. You want to get clients off the busy street and into your shop.
@@willpatersondesign I did. One thing the first designer you referred to them as he and later as she, how about just referring to them as the designer? Just a thought.
I learned a lot from you, i just found this channel this week and i have watched few of your vids from years ago to recent. I finally have concept for my logo but not yet finish😊
Hey Quick question, so I'm a pencil artist and also a logo artist, should I put all my designs and drawings in one Behance account? Or should I make a separate Behance account separated from my pencil drawings from my logo designs?
New to behance. Is it somewhere that you can put traditional art i.e pen and paper, watercolor, inks and is there a certain aesthetic that is desired there. Unsure about the platform if it is geared towards digital and not traditional arts
The name is original but in Latinoamerica is....exotic? In Spanish la mensa = the fool. But in general is a amazing project. Pd: sorry for problem in my english :( Saludos desde Perú 👋🇵🇪
I have a question (perhaps a stupid one) about using pictures in your portfolio... For instance, if I am to create a mood board for a brand, can random pictures found on the internet be used instead of photographs actually taken from the site of the brand? Or does that come under copyright ?
It would depend on wether the images are copyrighted or not, it's something to be aware of for sure :) If you're not sure you can always seek permission to protect yourself!
John 3:16: "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
There's one thing I don't like about Behance, it's slow. Images aren't optimized for the user's viewing resolutions and I suspect it has a tons of unoptimized scripts.
man your videos are very aimless you enter the portfolio of the guys and admire them, do not analyze anything, do not talk about the process, this is something so ridiculous to share on youtube. As a designer I would go into portfolios and analyze something and I wouldn't look like an idiot saying that the logos are well done, everyone is seeing it.
Hope you guys enjoyed the video! Remember to subscribe and watch the next one in the recommended sidebar.
I think we should have a vote to have you grow a wizard sized beard
@@mattbrand5404 hahahah you can try. 1k upvotes and I will
For sure 💯
These are all great. I like seeing how differently everyone handles type.
