Pete Fleischmann of Co-production Works. (coproductionwo.... Pete, who is the former head of co-production at SCIE (www.scie.org.uk/) reminds us to be careful of allowing new ideas to become too diluted. Also, that co-production is about improving relationships and listening really hard. Think - even if I disagree, what way might the other person be right?
