So James and I made true eye contact tonight. I’ve met the band several times before, I think he may have recognized me here! That’s the vibe I got when he looked at me. Really special moment as The Day That Never Comes is one of my fave Metallica songs! James is the best!!!

Does anyone know what happened to Kirk's guitar? He started with the wine red V and he switched to the purple glitter Ouja guitar halfway through the song. Sadly where i was in the arena i couldnt hear Kirk at all so I'm not sure if it was a technical problem or otherwise.

For me it sounds like there is too much reverb on the clean preset, which might confuses him in playing. So he asks his tech for another preset (and due to stagemind he said "guitar voice" instead of preset" But I cant hear it clearly in any other recording I found so far

I think many guitar players instinctively reach for the vol/tone knobs even when they're already up to max
The Goat, but in all seriousness toggle switching is probably the least of James worries compared to the Mental compositions he wrote in his 20s ahaha
