Microwave Potato Curry

Microwave South Indian style Potato Curry a very easy recipe which can be made in under 10 minutes.
Ingredients
Potato 1 big
Onion 1
Oil 2 Tbsp
Salt 1Tsp
Chilli powder 1 Tsp
Asafoetida a pinch
Turmeric powder 1/4 Tsp
Curry leaves a few
Mustard seeds 1 Tsp
Cummin seeds 1 Tsp
Channa Dal ( Bengal Gram dal) 1 tsp
