It had some resistance but felt fine on the truck and didn’t feel stuck. Perhaps you got a defective one? I can also recommend skp brand, I’ve had good luck with them in suspension

What is the torque spec for the bushings, ie. the top nut on that idler arm? I cant find it in my '82 Ford Courier manual and they uses the same bushings.

Mine doesn’t have a spec for that nut either, only for bolts to frame

@@FlakeGarage Ill just crank it down some more as I'm getting some play there now. The bushings are $15 on Ebay if I F them up.

What does it mean when your truck starts to shake once you reach 55mph on the road? I got a Mazda b2200 extra cab. Can you help me out? Shake like the steering wheel and it feels like an earthquake while your driving, it stops once I get back to 45mph

That could be a lot of things, suspension components, wheel bearings, driveshaft, a lot of different things. I’d start looking at everything to see if you noticed anything that needs replacing

I had steering wheel wobble in 2022 at highway speeds in my '88 Cab Plus. Since I had ball joints and tie rod ends either from close-out or lifetime warranty, I decided to replace all those, some had bad boots. I also replaced the stabilizer rubber bushings and tensioner bushings, and found my steering coupler was a little loose due to bad thread in the coupler (used a longer bolt and nut to fix that). So all that I did, plus toe-in adjustment. However, I still had the issue; I needed new rear tires anyway, and had lifetime balance on the fronts, went to tire shop. The front two needed rebalancing, but they weren't sure that was causing my steering wobble; I had the new tires installed on the fronts, that fixed the wobble.
