Not even in a club and I’ve got some great memories with friends on the side of the road just from my first year of riding. My first bike was a wreaked sportster and we were going to Branson Missouri got to Springfield and my boot suddenly bounced off the ground. Looked down and realized my peg fell off. Forward controls on the shifter side with no peg is an interesting ride from Springfield to Branson Saturday morning I found a hardware store and made a bolt work as a peg

Back in the 60's-70's it would take smoking an entire four finger bag to get you as high as a couple of hits on a joint does today. Better living through modern horticulture.
Dabs will turn you into a gibbering idiot. After the Great Weed Drought of the early 80's it was warehoused to drive the price up. Most of it came from Mexico in pressed bricks with stems and seeds aplenty. Dirt weed! But...it did its job.
