The road has not been easy for “Dance Mom’s” star Abby Lee Miller. After completing her prison sentence last year, the famed dance instructor was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. But if anything, Abby has proven she is a fighter and is not ready to hang up the dance shoes. The new season of Dance Moms follows Abby as she rebuilds her dance company while battling the after-effects of cancer that has left her confined to a wheelchair. Abby is ready to get back to her life and do what she loves most…teaching students to dance! With the goal of putting her life, health and dance studio back together, Abby returns to where it all began - the Abby Lee Dance Company in Pittsburgh.

Not saying straight up the competition was rigged but,take a look:
-Maddie lost with a GREAT solo
-The group lost
-Kalani’s unaired Solo placed 1st in the duet/trio category
-Nia’s solo music skipped
-Kenzie’s unaired solo placed 4th and then 1st for a title that she wasn’t competing for
-The award ceremony was all muddled up
-It was 2 hours behind
-And the promotional image was just something off google
Idk it’s really just either they weren’t the best or It’s truly as rigged...

If you think doing turns into something is falling out of turns then you shouldn’t have made that comment because you are embarrassing yourself. And even if the facial expressions were ugly and dumb (which wasn’t) then at least she was able to use a facial expression while turning beautifully and did the turns correctly. And no Maddie is not my favorite girl from the show, it was chloe but the comment you made about Maddie was ridiculous and dumb.

Honestly, the amount of pressure Maddie probably had to go through. From Abby, gia, her own mom and everyone else. It was most likely pretty hard to be practically perfect throughout the whole show. Poor her. If she ever got 2nd place she would be upset... I know all the girls would but Maddie acted like she didn't place those times. She always was held at a high standard and to even calm down for a moment and have people surpass her was a no-go for her because Abby always made her to be "the perfect best dancer. Imagine the pressure!

Alisca Francois I agree it’s too much pressure on Maddie I feel bad. Yet she may get a lot of attention, she may act like she likes it but I can see that she doesn’t enjoy it! Her mum and Abby need to stop telling her to be “perfect” because no ones perfect she juts want to have fun at her dance class but Abby just keeps saying “be perfect” and other stuff it’s juts too much on maddie and it makes maddie look like she’s spoilt but truly she’s not she just tyres to hide how she really feels!...
Then at the end of the day she wouldn’t be where she is now without the pressure and the hard work, she is probably relieved now
I don’t agree with that. If she didn’t want to do this I think she would say can I take a break or can I not do this anymore. And in one of the seasons she said she loves doing this and she is better then everyone else.
I feel like this competitions are fake to make Maddie win all the time. I really doubt that she wins as much as she does cz tbh she’s like every other dancer to me

It’s rude to walk in and interrupt someone practicing before they go on stage. And I have nothing against Ava but obviously her mother did that on purpose to intimidate and be petty.
The mom's had every right to be upset about her mother doing that. She just wanted to agitate and shake them up.

Her fame hasn't grown that much in the last 5 years. Like now in 2020 she's just as famous as she was in 2015. JoJo, on the other hand, has become wayyyyy more famous than in 2015.

Poor nia she was dancing in the corner behind Maddie. I feel like all the other girls besides Maddie were overlooked. NOTHING against Maddie, she is an amazing dancer but the other girls are too.
ITS ALL GOOD HONEY it’s very common for dancers to rehearse their dance in the back of the class while another dancer is being taught a solo with the teacher , she was probably just waiting her turn

I think the main issue was that s5 nationals was a flop. Kalani one the duo trio overall for her solo and Mackenzie was 4th for solo age category one moment and 1st overall the next. At the competition they were giving out the wrong awards. Apparently they waited until the end but the show made it look as though they stormed off.
No matter how much people love Maddie her solo WAS NOT as technical as Ava's solo this particular occasion. It is what it is. Maddie and Ava are over it and so should we. It was years ago lol.

I feel like Maddie was at her peak in season 5. Season 6 messed slightly with her training so she lost way more. Also oh my gosh we need to appreciate how amazing her technique is 😱😝
You can really tell how staged these competitions are here. 4:58 shows a clear shot of the stage with an entire half of it filled with kids who were clearly pulled from the audience, and did not perform/compete. But... that's part of making a TV show I guess.
This dance was beautifully choreographed, her costume is amazing, and her energy is great but I just wish they used a different song. Her movements seem too aggressive for such a light sounding piece.
tbh Maddie's solo deserves to be 1st place because it was so amazinggg!! One of Maddie's best solo.

This was my favorite Maddie solo other than Cry and Angel. Honestly, look at how simple and beautifully executed it was. Even the flick of her dress was done flawlessly. I will never ever disrespect judges, but these judges didn’t do the comparing.
