Steel Mace Flow - May 2021 free flow

This month I completed my first run through of the Steel Mace Flow level 2 Mace Artist Mentorship.
it's been an amazing month getting to be in the room with the best Steel Mace Flow Educators and Artists around!
Huge thank you to coach Leo Urquides for the beauty that is this movement practice and community. I can't wait to spend more time with you in classes and spreading with word here in Melbourne!
And to my coaches Jeffrey Ochs and Zack Yanyk thank you infinitely for your time, quality instruction and friendship. you guys are pretty much stuck with me now. ENJOY!! 🤣
