@@lea_shiny thank you so much, that was really helpful….
Thanks for this. Hearing an Aussie being human about this whole thing makes it way more appealing. 1) remove the ego 2) get basics down 3) i dont HAVE to upsize every other week like weight training wants us to. Cheers legend ✌️
If you got the Heroic Sport ones to glow they might look like aircraft marshalling wands or torches. Might make for good variety if practicing at night, but I'm not sure what the best way would be to go about doing that.
“Squeeze your glutes, make it pretty” 😂 love it
Most informative vid! Im all for doing things on the cheap but do you really want to be suggesting doing it with glass bottles? Nice one!
Hi Leanne. This video and your follow-along workout was my first real introduction to Indian Clubs after a random view of some crazy complex movements by a guy who was more into showing off than educating (nobody I remember). I really liked your explanation and approach so I bought my first set of plastic clubs and could not believe how 2lbs worked muscles I forgot I had 😂. I’m now six months in to a Mark Wildman program that includes Indian clubs & also just bought a nice set of wood clubs from BMF. My wife got into them too from watching your vids & my workouts. I just thought I’d comment here to say “thanks!”
turn down the volume of the music, it's very hard to listen to.
Fantantic explanation and queue ❤
Great routine. Thank you.
Best vids I’ve found in this thank you
You're awesome and a very good teacher.
Thank u for sharing. Amazing exercises
Thank you for providing a simple intro routine with great explanations and cues.
thank you
it hurts my wrist...n btw, i didnt saw this on IG, but in epic indian movies, girls use it
can you help me with the handle diameter?
great!
Very cool movements. I'll try this tomorrow.👍👍👍👍👍😉
This is worth it, to be subscribed.👏👏👏👏👏💪💪💪💪💪😉
Welcome aboard!
@@lea_shiny Cheers 😉
The cat on the sofa lol
What brand are the polly Clubs?
They are from a random Amazon seller (that is no longer active, otherwise I'd link it)
Interesting shape of clubs. What are they and how much do they weigh?
th-cam.com/video/5h2Fm9JJgq0/w-d-xo.html check out this videos for a little run down
What brand of clubs are you using? How much do they weigh? They aren't the same shape as all those plastic or metal ones I see on Amazon. I wish there was a local place that sold them.
This model is called Teardrop style. It's different from Victorian style. You can get in USA from Revolution clubs or Rosewater Kinetics, in Europe from Helder Gandra, Indian Clubs Portugal, Bodymindfit and Stabbleford
You are the best teacher ever! What brand of clubs are you using, the are Tear Drop shape not like most others. How much do they weigh?
The tear drops that are light brown are 300gms each 👌
You're like a magician revealing a secret. How much do your clubs weigh? What kind and where can we purchase them?
You fully described me in the beginning. This is a fantastic video, thank you!
That’s a beautiful flow! Thank you for the inspiring video! I really love your teaching style. I’m going to work on this one!
You are absolutely the best teacher of clubs I’ve encountered! Personable, pleasant, and thorough. Thank you for these excellent videos. You are an inspiration.
Just ordered my first mace. Can't wait to try this flow. Thank you for breaking it down for us. Please come back and upload more content! 😊
Love the way you teach! Subscribed
The movement is written in your body and you have the gift of transmitting and teaching it in a way that I want to follow. :-) By teaching and helping others, you also develop yourself. Don't stop and continue to develop your channel and you will be successful at it. Thank you for the lessons you have posted so far.

Um…how do you do the backwards moulinet? What are the steps?
There’s a separate vid w just the mullet tutorial
❤
Hey Lea, I came across your instructional video's, and I just wanted to compliment you on how well detailed your breakdowns are of each movement pattern. Awesome content 👏. Look forward to further video's. Take care!
New to using Indian Clubs, these videos are great for me as a beginner. You’ve got a new subscriber.
You’re awesome 😊
Lea I missed your presence, glad you return.
I bought my very 1st mace after watching your video where you suggested “don’t underestimate a lighter mace” and it’s a 5lb, and to me it’s perfect to start! I can get the hang of it without risk of strain, and. You’re absolutely right , it can feel heavier depending how you use it. Your videos are great!! ❤
Thank you Lea !! The moulinets have always baffled me but every morning you're helping me with getting them right Thanks
There must be something called symmetrical intelligence... and I dont have it
This was fantastic! Thanks so much for the great workout. I love how it's short enough to add onto other workouts. There's no excuse for skipping this! Love it! 😊
What weight should I start out with as a total beginner?
This is an excellent foundational video. I can't believe I only came across Indian clubs recently, even with past searches for rotator cuff injury and vaccine-related shoulder injury rehab. Are these videos being suppressed in YT searches for some odd reason? I received my 1-lbs. pair last week and they have been remarkably therapeutic and filled in the huge gap in regular gym equipment (barbell hand weights and wire-stack machines).
Is there a chance that you can post a link for the “good” poly clubs, the ones that you preferred in this video. I understand that Amazon I’ll is different that what I’ll have in the States
