Awesome video! Very insightful. Esp the last section about scrub radius. Choosing tires and wheels for the Type R is definitely more involved than other cars, esp because of the complex suspension/chassis geometry. In addition to the things you mentioned, Honda has also used their steering knuckle thing to counter torque steer.
I might get 19" wheels instead of 18", only because I do not plan to lower the car at all. I believe that 19s will fill the wheelwell better :) Do you recommend a particular offset range for 19" wheels? Is there an online calculator which could help?
Or, how about a tire with higher sidewalls? Like, maybe a 255/40 on 18" wheels? 265/40 might cause rubbing.

Since you had the springs for a wild now, did you get an error light? I hear we have to get a spring delete. Also can you go more in detail about the bump stop? I still want my ride to feel oem in comfort. Set up 265/35-19 or 265/40 -18. I don't know if these will fit that's why I'm asking.

I have a 2019 type R and love this setup. However, I might’ve missed it, but I was wondering if you could explain the Camber Arms and why you chose to go with them. They’re a pretty large price point and want to ensure I know what I’ll be spending my money on. If I don’t get those camber arms, will I run the risk of torque steer?

So if i buy 18x9.5 ts5, i shouldn't have an issue with stock height? I been looking at wheels for months and those titans have been my favorites. Ppl say don't buy them because they're a track wheel. Is there a problem daily-ing a track wheel?

I just lowered my R w/swift springs,& I’m getting a knocking sound on the right front. Are you getting the same thing? We’ve taken off twice, checked everything,& know everything is tighten correctly. But I’m still getting a knock. Any suggestions why?

If you're lowering the vehicle is it necessary to change the camber arms as well?

So what do you think a 29mm offset will do that’s the offset for the wheels I’d like to get and there 18 by 8

I wanted to see if you had any input regarding wheel spacers? It looks good without them and it seems like offset does a good job of accomplishing the same thing

Great video man! Are you running a tune? With my 2019 SI it made a HUGE difference with just the 23psi basemap

Does anyone know if a19 inch wheel will rub on that same suspension set up?

@TORQ Toolbox, even though you mentioned it in the video, I’d like to ask you two questions about your tire & wheel setup. First, does the new setup reduce the amount of jolt you feel when running over bumps, potholes and other road imperfections? Second, with the new setup, is the handling better, worse, or the same as the stock setup?

What I was wondering, when you showed the camber kit, there were only two of them. Did you only install 2 or did you do all four wheels?
