How to Analyse MOT Test Logs Phase 3

We're going to move on to phase two MOT Test Log Analysis.
We’re going to select columns N to AD Right click, scroll to hide.
Ten left click then move to page layout margins narrow.

Orientation landscape and we'll see here now we have the dotted line on the right hand side.

And so long as you have all your information within this dotted line, that is what you will then print when we go to print it.
If you want to analyse on the computer, no problem, click the home button so you have these available to you. The multi booking system allocates one hour.
The average time nationally is around 45 minutes, so we recommend that you're looking for anything that's over the hour and anything that's under 30 minutes.

Here we have one that's over an hour. We're going to left click, select the whole row colour it/highlight it. Go to your next one.
If it's too fast, then we select a different colour, highlight it.
