No tengo experiencia con Procreate ni Ps ni ningún programa digital para pintar y sinceramente todo el tema de las capas y de en qué etapas del dibujo usar el clipping mask y el alfa lock se me hace muy bola :( por la parte artistica pocos problemas pero la tecnológica me supera, es mucho más complicado que pintar tradicionalmente

Mi recomendación sería enfocarte en aprender las funciones básicas de Procreate primero, para que te puedas desenvolver y no suponga un impedimento cuando quieras seguir otros tutoriales como los míos, en los que me centro más en la parte del proceso artístico. Siento que ya hay tantos tutoriales sobre las funciones de Procreate, que no tendría sentido que cada vez que hago un tutorial, tuviera que pararme a explicar el funcionamiento de las capas o las clipping masks, por ejemplo. Te recomiendo echarle un vistazo a esta playlist de tutoriales oficiales en el canal de Procreate donde te explican de forma excelente todo lo básico: th-cam.com/video/fBWR0BpzAnk/w-d-xo.html

How to avoid it looks like apple?

I think that’s unavoidable, cherries do look like apples if you only look at the red “sphere.” Make sure to draw the stems with the right size and proportions compared to the main body. That is what will prevent them from being confused with apples. Another way would be to also draw other fruits in your composition; that way the different sizes compared to the cherries would also help to not confuse them with apples.
