    Just yesterday enemy Luna was complaining whole game that his support was pushing waves instead of leaving it to him. It's so common in up to 4k bracket

      Play the hero more, you’ll get a feel for it. With 2k games I’ve learned on a few heroes. For example, I used to play Snapfire mid before 20 and 25 talent nerfs. I would feel strong with my ult and e with gleipner from lvl 6-14ish. Then I would hit 15 and the hero would feel so weak and unplayable that I would have to rush to 20, when my biggest spike would happen until 25

      Also timbersaw. Lane can vary quite a bit(usually very good) until I hit 6. Then at 6, I know I can force pretty much any hero out of lane (or bait enough rotations to take a tower somewhere else). If I am behind, it feels extremely bad to play. The moment I go jungle for a little, and come out with my next item (powerspike) it feels a lot better. Sometimes the game requires more than a single item powerspike, but that isn’t typically the case.

    Can you do a video on how to react to bad plays from team ? It's cool that you have to push lanes and play around timings, but when you are a slark 400g off bkb and enemy are 5 manning and your team takes fight into 0 vision into enemy triangle for 10th game in a row you are kind forced to yolo and maybe win a fight or don't join a fight and lose your 11th

    • @BalloonDota
      @BalloonDota  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yeah sometimes you really have no choice but to go to the team if they are already grouping up despite not being able to achieve your item yet. However, you should be able to communicate this to the team and see if they react the way you want them to react. If they do not and you are already near the team, then most likely you got to just stick and not die in process. Or another possibility is the team sticks but you haven't hit your timing, just ignore them first, get your timing then go.

    My guy, your video quality is very low. But you are spewing high quality facts! I don't know, but if you want to increase your TH-cam views and subscribers and your dota community influence, consider hiring an editor or learning how to better edit videos. I think you'll gain much more views that now. Sorry if that comment is unnecessary for you.

    Good advice, but for us newer players could you go more in depth? This video felt very much "high level" as in you just covered the concepts of what to do but not exactly how to achieve them. "Good trades" for example is difficult to work out if you want to learn.

    • @BalloonDota
      @BalloonDota  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi, good trades can be seen from 2v1 scenarios, health and level advantage and other factors like hero type and wave size as well. The easiest factors to read are number of heroes and level and health advantage. The rest would require you to play and experience to learn.

    • @matthewjackman8410
      @matthewjackman8410 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@BalloonDota Thank you! I think I was expecting too much tbh, as like you say it is all experience really. But those factors are definitely something I will keep an eye out for!
      EDIT: I think a great video topic would be how newer players like myself can pick up on obvious advantages in lane. Nothing comprehensive but maybe some fundemental tips that would work for low mmr players to get better

    The problem is the broken MMR system. I’m stuck in Archon 5, as soon as I get to legend the matchmaking gives me abandoners, role griefers, and other brainless players. I consider myself ancient, just had a 12 win streak again this week and some crazy 29-1 game as a carry, but the losses have started again.
    You can’t progress in dota unless you have premades in core roles.

    I honestly don’t believe that any of this matters, I just don’t. I watched a bunch of similar videos, they talk more or less about the same things and it sort of makes sense while you watch the video, but doesn’t seem to work for me at all when I try to apply it. I think what matters the most is whoever clicks faster and plays 24/7 to know all the heroes/lines combinations.

    • @rainbowskin3379
      @rainbowskin3379 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Game knowledge is a huge aspect, but Dota isn't a mechanical game. It's not league of Legends. Being fast to click abilities is important at high mmr like 5k and up, but below that strategy is far more important.

  • @pauljoseph3081

    Low ranking players are more quick to blame than actually play optimally.
    Like not realising enemies destroying your wards and quickly blames support, despite wards are currently on CD coz enemies destroyed it.

    If you don't mind whats your current mmr. I want to know of its good idea let booster boost you upto ancient atleasr. Then you start playing in it so that you learn from your enemies and allies too. Because getting stucked in crusader feels so toxic and we can't learn anything from those level players.

    • @rainbowskin3379
      @rainbowskin3379 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Boosting doesn't do anything because you'll just drop again. You need to elevate yourself above your mmr if you want to climb. Also Valve lets you recalibrate once a year, so if you genuinely think you're in the wrong bracket, just recalibrate.
      Just so you know, most players are in crusader and archon. That just means you're average which is fine. however if you genuinely try to improve you will naturally climb, as long as your win rate is above 50%

    Fck your inference on 1:20. İn low MMR support player dont let carries to push lanes. It is why they are in jungle. You cant blame low MMR carries over this. It is insane and not fair comment from someone who does not hurt from farming supports!

    • @rainbowskin3379
      @rainbowskin3379 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      You missed the point.

    • @atillafatihunver617
      @atillafatihunver617 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      point doesn't matter. pressuring enemy doesn't makes sense if carry is not allowed to farm! in his games supports makes stacks instead of farming lane. In my games i makes my stacks then supports comes to leech exp. Hell he can win those games@@rainbowskin3379

    • @AalapShah12297
      @AalapShah12297 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      He specifically mentions 'when the carry is not around'. A lot of carries blame supports for clearing a wave that is already pushed to the point that the tower has started hitting it. As a carry player, it is your job to plan your farming routes in such a way that you reach the pushed-in lane BEFORE it starts damaging your towers or giving your enemies vision onto your towers (and hence onto your teleports). As a support player, if all the lanes are pushed-in, it becomes very hard to place any offensive wards, and low MMR cores simply don't understand how warding works.
      As a carry, if you are already in front of the wave and the support still comes in and farms the wave - then feel free to report the support. But don't go to the jungle assuming prematurely that your supports will always do that, and then blame them when they clear the creep wave because you couldn't.
