I want more videos on epistemology! It takes so long for it to soak in. It's hard when you were brought up in such a modern western culture.

Parker, peace to you good brother. They are my fave too. They unravel things right? On the other hand, they must be handled with care or they become the spaghetti monster lol...

This was so good! We need to experience others, not experiment on them.

So this is making me think Brad. Maybe you are on to the biggest truth of all about the new world: Everything is under scrutiny somehow! LIke, I've been given, you've been given, a properly educated Light Person has been given, the power and the invitation to scrutinize everything. To test everything. And to do it is something like "the good". And that sh*!# is weird, like, as a concept. Where does the invite, the imprimatur come from for such scrutiny? Like, because I have a melon sized set of meat synapsis I get to use them to experiment on your being? I get to test your being, your IQ, your way of doing things your reality because... I have a brain? I think scientism teaches us this. And I also think that is a death inducing lie. I don't have the authority to do such things. I do have the authority to love you though. I think... Dammit Brad, I've got to get back to work. Much love!

@@heavythingslightly Are both ways of thinking ancient? Were both present in the garden of Eden? One is based on observation from both inside and outside ourselves. The other is based on us being the sole observer, like God. One is grounded in humility and acknowledges that our perspectives are limited. The other is skeptical and suspicious of other perspectives and holds that only our own observations are accurate. Comprehension vs. apprehension? Or something like that. I love what you are doing brother. Much love to you and your team as well.

@@Brad-RB peace! I do think that science or whatever has always existed. But like the noetic self must lead the intellectual self, the suspicious parts of us must be tempered by a deep trust in the Divine. Christ is resurrected from the dead so doubt that neighbors intention just a little less please… like that!

    "Information is inherently disembodied"

I agree. Disembodied from the context of acting it out.

I LOVED this conversation ❤ I will definitely be looking into her books for future readings. My one concern is her brush off of Masculinity and Femininity. It may not be of importance for her research, which was what I inferred, but her response seemed dismissive as in if the 2 subjects don’t exist. So I’ll have to read her book to understand this concept more I guess?

Carrisa, I too struggled with that... As you could see! But I also think she was trying to do something like "not take the bait". On the other hand, I truly was not offering the question as bait. It seemed relevant at the time. But I think I understand her hesitancy. And in this world of interweb angst, I think I get it. I just don't practice it so much. But I am tempted to be very wary with these things. For me the goal is to meet up where Love meets Truth. And stay right there. And I think you can talk about ALL THINGS if you stay there. I think.... I think.

@@heavythingslightly I love that you don’t practice it “as much” because fear of hard conversations is not where Christ wants us to stand. But like you said, if we can meet where love and truth unite we can and should be able to talk about all things. May the Lord continue to guide, strengthen and show mercy on you as you navigate these waters.

Great talk! Btw, I guess the change of the background was inevitable, but I liked the old one. It was warm and personal.

Unfortunately Ester has the Uncomfortable ‘kamala’ laugh which is very awkward in audio only.
