We are onto the final community lot for the San Myshuno save file. The GAIA Health Spa & Gym. We make a start today by working on the exterior and getting a footprint down on the lot, I'll be back tomorrow with more!

You could do a cool little zen garden outside, with lots of bamboo and sand
the zen garden could be on the rooftop with the view to the city, where the yoga sessions could happen.

If you don't like the windows around the pool maybe you could use those big spa day fountains to stick where the windows are and hopefully it could look like the pool water is cascading down over the edge :). Also will you be doing another twitch best bits this year? I love those haha.

Yes! The spa from the inspo picture is called the Ström Spa in Québec City, Canada! Really great place!

This build is already looking magnificent as always! I thought having skylights above the atrium would fit in well. I so love how the infinity pool is incorporated in the build. Excited to see the rest come together!
Nice to have you back after an extra day away! My Tuesday night just wasn't the same. I'm glad the extra pints and podcasts helped with your flight anxiety and overall you sailed (rather, flew) through it! Loving this spa / gym build. Really wanted to put one in my save file, even though I'm playing in Windenburg, but I think I can make this work!
Love love this build - for the outdoor basement part maybe you could do a rock garden with a hot spring and cold plunge pool for the Scandi spa vibe

I would love to see a bit of an onsen moment, and a seating area around one of the outdoor looking fireplaces from snowy escape in the downstairs outdoor area outside the gym

GAIA Health Spa is looking fantastic! Can't wait to see where this build goes. You mentioned turning part of the area downstairs into a cafe - might it make sense to use the Spa Day bar in that area? Yeah, it's technically a bar, but it'll be automatically staffed and we can say the Sims are getting juice and cucumber slices.
This is in Quebec. If you ever want to see the inside I can book a weekend haha lovinggg this build!
I love the scenery!! That view from the lot looks similar to Diamond Head on the Big Island of Maui in Hawaii.

Good timing, I needed a new gym and spa for this lot. I had a gorgeous lot here from the gallery but it has a glitch and causes the game to freeze. Can't be arsed to hunt the problem down so its getting razed.😊
The stones from Snowy escape could work with the matching floor tile.
Ooooh wait ... Since the next Build the Worlds is going to be Henford on Bagley, does that mean we're gonna get to see the Wisemans' main residence? I believe you established that's where they live, and their apartment in San Myshuno was just for work and school purposes.

I think the downstairs area possibly lends itself to a zen/meditation/yoga garden.
Do you have any plans to build apartment complexes with the news of ‘For Rent’?
Drink some ginger/turmeric tea for the cold. And if you really wanna nip it in the bud add honey, lemon juice, crushed garlic and a dash of cayenne pepper. Tastes terrible but so effective!

Ello you! No I don't use any reshade, but I do play and record in 4K with Ultra graphics, so that might have something to do with it? Thank you for your DMD build btw! Loved renovating it :)

The pool gets charged by the full moon ✨energies✨ which the rich sims of San Myshuno can go to to cleanse- and there can be crystals everywhere too

Love the build itself but I’m not feeling the green water in the pool. It looks like algae has taken over lol. That’s just my own opinion I’m sure others like it. I love all your builds ❤
Fan fact: Gaia (Γαία, pronounced Yea in Greek so OH YEAH) means Earth ( Γη ). In Greek Mythology she was the mother of all (Mother Earth) and the grandma of Zeus and the other kids up in Olympus.

In my head the owner of this spa HATES the Landgraab family, so Nancy can never get a reservation. Nancy of course is absolutely fuming about this because Gaia is the most exclusive spa from San Myshuno to Oasis Springs
