I saw that the brand team uploaded a lot of instructional videos on the TH-cam channel. I tried to ask product questions on TH-cam, and they responded very quickly. They are a trustworthy brand. The product looks great.

I have the 10W Eric, and have to disagree with you. Mine came with the LU2-10-2 10W module and performs as good as any 10W laser I own. I didn't have a single issue with mine, including loose parts, and the bed is sturdy, level and focus is perfect. I measured a 0.06 x 0.07 mm line with the crack ruler under a microscope. I'm thinking you got one made on a Friday evening! The app works better than any I've tested, and I can even use the SD card offline by saving Gcode to it, or even a WebUI on Wi-Fi which they don't even mention in the manual. I've made 12 tic-tac-toe games with perfect circle chips, 32 slate coasters and several wood business cards. If you're doing production work, like coasters or wood business cards for example, just setup the first one, use the magnetic alignment jig, and drop one after the other into the jig and hit the big button to repeat the job. I also found the smoke purifier to be the best I have in the shop... weird for such a small unit! Shoot me an email if you want to fix the circle problem; it only takes a min to fix. This is the perfect ultra-portable craft show machine IMO.
